A welcoming and warm environment to calm your mind and give into the silence. A much need oasis from the hectic world outside.
The generosity of spirit is heavily felt. For those who live/work in the sawtell area, this is a wonderful local sanctuary to quiet your mind.

their guidance. Need a space to find true peace and spiritual community look

I’m so thankful that I was being obsessive when I decided I wanted to find a real yoga studio. I was determined to find a place that was more than just yoga poses. A place that would give me a true yogi experience. I’m so in love with Ananda Yoga that the selfish side of me does not want to tell any of you how great they are. I believe this is a new location for them so the class sizes are small right now. For my sake I hope they don’t get to big but I know I have to share so I am going to take advantage of their newness as long as I can. A place like this will not stay under the radar long. I can not wait to go back! So sad that I cant make tomorrow’s yoga class.
