I have been to this location twice now. Every time I have gone I have gotten really great service. Yesterday I went and the gal for most of the time was working on her own, but she handled herself really well. I wish I could remember her name because I am so overly joyed with the help I received from her. Even though I live in Orange County, I will be coming back to this location from now on.

I went to the BCBG Generation store in Century City to purchase my Xmas gifts for my friends. What a Great store !!! I found everything I needed as well as amazing service. I got very lucky with this girl who helped me. I not only got all my gifts but such outstanding service. This store is a gem. I found out while paying for all my stuff it was the store manager Ashley who helped me… I love this store and all the staff. I will for sure be shopping there again!

I had an upscale press event to attend last weekend, and so I was shopping around for the perfect dress. I made the mistake of walking into the Century City BCBGeneration on a whim – and out of principal I will never shop at that location again. The store was not very busy, and so two sales girls descended on me. One was the store manager (I believe her name was Ashley) and one was the assistant manager. I told both sales associates exactly what I was shopping for – I needed a fancy, flashy dress for a specific event (which they asked about so I know they heard me) and wanted to take home options for my friends to help me choose which one I’d wear. After trying on a four dresses (of course, they said that each and every one was «stunning» etc, etc – clearly wanting the sale). I told them I couldn’t decide between two, so I had decided to take both options home to decide (you know, in comfort and privacy). I did not want a stranger, much less a store clerk looking for commission to make this important decision for me. These dresses were not cheap; they were full price at about $ 150 each! When I was being rung up the store manager made sure to get my email address and contact info so they could sell me more stuff… WHAT SHE NEGLECTED TO EVER MENTION WAS THE HORRENDOUS, NON-​EXISTANT RETURN POLICY THAT BCBG HAS AS A COMPANY. When I returned within a week to bring back the dress I did not use (tags on, receipt in hand) Ashley’s personality made a 180; instead of being a courteous customer service rep, she was defensive and even accused me of lying! She had the audacity to infer that she «may have» told me about the policy and I «forgot». She pointed to a tiny sign (which was among at least three other written pamphlets and sign-​up sheets) that said «Exchange Policy». It didn’t even say «Sorry, no returns.» I feel tricked. And because they knew my intentions to return one of the dresses, I feel maliciously misled. I even spoke to the BCBGeneration store in Glendale, and they said that sometimes some stores make a point not to mention the return policy so that they can make the sale. Glendale has the policy of mentioning the policy to every customer before they are rung-​up. They admitted that this may lose them some sales, but at least they don’t have furious customers who could have been loyal shoppers and now are life-​long enemies. When I go into an upscale store that sells expensive items, I expect a reasonable return policy. BCBG wants to be Forever21 without the Forever21 prices. I’m looking forward to selling this dress on eBay for an actually reasonable price so that one less person has to walk into a store like the one in Century City and get ripped off.

I love this store and the staff even more! Liz and Nicolette are AMAZINGLY SWEET and personable. They remember me every time I go into the store, including my favorite accessories that I buy. They make this store an unquestionable stop when I visit the Century City Mall… actually, most of the time, it’s my only stop.

I was really excited to see that they opened a BCBGeneration store. Now I can come here when I’m in the area instead of scouring the racks at Bloomies, Macy’s, and other places hoping to find BCBGeneration.
They offer a great selection of dresses and they actually had my sizes!
