If this establishment is wondering why the other fast food joints near them have more customers than they do, it’s because McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, and every other burger place around serves the same stuff they do and those restaurants charge less! No wonder the drive thru is always empty.

This place needs to step it up man it’s been a couple times I come here for breakfast or lunch and it’s never fails they never have anything I ask for ketchup and they say they are out so I ask for bbq sauce and the lady hands me one freakin sauce not to mention I ordered a drink and they tell me they have no ice!!! Unbelievable!!! Smh this place needs some better management.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this place needs improvement on so many levels. I went trough drive thru for my lunch and Veronica had me wait to take my order for like 5 minutes! (And there wasn’t even a cat in front of me) when she finally decides to take my order, I tell her I have a coupon for a kids meal she then tells me okay does that complete your order and then I tell her «yes, does it come with a drink? „and she said“ oh yes what kind of drink do you want?» Its like I had to do her job because she was just not capable of taking a complete order. When I got to the window it was absolutely nothing coming out of her mouth she handed me the drink she handed me my burger and she closed the window didn’t even give me a chance to ask for ketchup. I think she needs to be retrained. Nothing compared two the experience I had at the Carl’s on Telegraph next to the Citadel outlets, they have great customer service skills.

I stopped by today after work in hopes they would be open since they had a sign that they didn’t close the dine in until 12am it was 10:50 pm and the doors were locked. And employee saw me standing there because I was trying to ask them why they had they’re doors closed and she ignores tell me no and walks away. I understand if they close earlier but then they shouldn’t have the sign that says otherwise. Quite disappointed.

Most horrifying restroom I’ve ever seen… I was reluctant to eat my food after seeing the restroom…

This is ok. But when I ordered fries they were a little cold but so far so good. Keep it up.

I’ve always had a decent experience when I visit this location. Usually come around 1pm and order at the drive thru. Never had a long wait. I really like Carl’s breakfast biscuits. The biscuits are usually soft, flaky and buttery. The seasoned curly fries are bomb also. I’d pick Carl’s over McD’s any day!

I’ve gone to this Carl’s jr several times and I’ve never gotten my order wrong !

I always go in the morning though so I’ve never had to wait too long =)
the morning employees are always nice and pleasant.

Omg I’ve been waiting on the drive thru Window for a good while now and all I ordered was an oreo shake and some chili cheese fries. I come here a lot and it’s always the same, I think it’s time to make my drive a little further to get some faster assistance. And I’m still waiting. Also the prices seem to be higher than in other places idk if that’s normal or not but it’s a couple of cents higher here.

I ordered the breakfast burger, been craving it for a while now. Drive thru line took a while and there was only one car if front of me. They didn’t purchase anything big and I know that because the worker just handed them a small bag. Took about 5 minutes. As I approach the window the girl tells me my total. She looked as if she were half asleep. Sat there for about 2 minutes for my drinks then another 3 for my food! When I get home I notice my breakfast burger has no meat?! Like really!!! Uhhhh I was upset! Worst experience ever! Won’t return ever! I’ll take my money elsewhere!

I rarely ever go to Carl’s Jr but only do it when my husband wants to eat there. We stopped at this one and it was so gross! Burgers were dry and drinks were hot and flat. My husband ordered zucchini and when they brought our food out the chick asked us if we needed anything else and my husband asked for ranch, she said «ok, be right back.» Well… five minutes later, she never came back. I went to the counter and asked for it from another worker and she was like «hold on.» I guess she «searched» but don’t think she really did and then the chick who was supposed to give him ranch to begin with came out and said «what do you need?» And I said «oh, you never brought us the ranch.» She said «Oh, because we’re out of it.» And I said «Well, maybe you should have come to tell us that instead of leaving us sitting there.» She goes «ohhh…um, do you want mustard?» Ugh! Stupid bitch! Amazing how stupid people can be… especially the one’s working in fast food… and they want $ 15.00 an hour? Fuck off!!!

Went during lunch time. Was surprises to find it was fairly dead, which made me kinda suspicious. But when I checked out the health department grade, I was glad to see they do have an ‘A’. The place was clean and well kept. Got fast, friendly service and was served with a smile. Ordered a Turkey Teriyaki burger. It was delicious and only 570 calories! Overall good experience!
