This is the 3rd time they get my order wrong !! I paid $ 12 for a combo that was was nothing like what I asked for. I asked for a guac burger and I got some Nasty pineapple burger. Waste of money will never go back. Btw Carl’s hire smarter employees.

Ive gone to plenty other locations but this was the worse one even worse than a dam mcdonalds, the manager was fucking rude and didnt even let me finish ordering the other employee walked away from me when i tried to order and then the so called manager didnt give me my cups or my total just stared at me like im suppose to guess not to mention the fact that i tried being nice and said hello how are you and she answers with is that for here or to go? Good jesus i guess they dont teach manners in training and the other employees look like theyre either still in highschool or retired and have no sense of being attentive to the customer, id say your better off going to the jack n the box accross the street or even 711 cuz thats how bad their service is and in accurate your order will be!

The customer service at this location is TRASH !!! My friend and I stopped here and we decided to eat inside. Upon arrival, there were only 2 employees and 1 other customer. We take a look at the menu and wait to have our orders taken. That’s when 2 minutes turned into 10, then to 12. The employee, who was taking care of the drive thru orders, told us he would help us in a minute. So here we are waiting again when finally the woman, who we found out was the General Manager, finally approached us, and had the NERVE to ask if we were ready. After about 15 minutes of standing in font of your register, you think we would be. We order, wait yet again for our food but my order was incomplete. She said she would be right back with my fries. Here we go again! We’re already done eating, so before we leave i ask for my fries and milkshake that were never brought to me. When I approached her, she asked what I needed help with. um, I need help trying to understand who made you manager. Overall, terrible customer service ! I think I get better service from the garbage man, whom I don’t even talk to! *Edit: The thing that was really a bother was that NOONE apologized!!! I assume they were short handed, being that there were literally 2 employees there, but regardless, not ONCE did they ever apologize.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I walked in to the empty dining room, and apparently empty kitchen as well. There were only 2 people running the whole place. One was on the drive thru and one was… you know what, I don’t even know what she was doing. We stood there for idiots for at least 15 minutes, until finally, the girl who was assembling burgers and walking around like she had no care in the world and no customers waiting, finally decided to come and take our order. She was giving us attitude off the bat. Like. it’s not my problem your entire staff called out. Don’t give me attitude because you’re mad that you actually have to hustle and work hard. To top it off, she was the General Manager. Of course she was! If I rolled my eyes any harder, they would be in my friend’s head. So anyway, now we sit down and wait for our food. 10 minutes later she comes to our table with incomplete orders. My friend is missing her fries and milkshake which arrive another 5 minutes later. Never ever returning to this location again. I wouldn’t come back even if you paid me.

I went here last night and I ordered a spicy chicken and small fries with no receipt. I got my change but short of what I was supposed to get. I asked for a receipt and the gut looked nervous. He «tried» getting one but he claimed that the receipt machine was broken. Basically he tried stealing money from me. In other words don’t come here at all. I would rate this a 0 but it only allows me to put 1 star so be it. He works grave yard shift and is a heavy set male around his early 20s.

I feel silly reviewing a fast food joint c’est la vie. I went here after picking up my friend working nearby. The employees are… trying in life. They still just can’t get a simple order right. Plus i got food poisoning from there, and so did my roomate a separate time. Moral of story don’t do fast food, especially this Carl’s Jr.

Just went to this Carls jr. They tried charging me a burger for 5 $ even after I said there’s an obvious 2 for 5 $ deal! Anyways place my order repeated myself twice to make sure I got all my order correct. Taking a leap of faith I didn’t check the bags for all the food. I get home and there you go im missing some food! I call back and they claim I didn’t order the missing food. Which I was reading what I bot to her while she was denying. Telling to come back to pick up the rest of the food but I wasn’t going to waist my time Dont come here, wasn’t the first time it happened

Late night last resort for food… we use coupons and discounts cause this ish ain’t worth paying full price! Today they pissed me the f off… I ordered a Chicken BBQ sandwich and they gave me a Turkey Patty with a dot of BBQ sauce and slathered with f’ing Mayo!!! I hate Mayo with a freaking passion… my fault for not checking I guess they can’t do their job right. But I call them and get a busy signal… they are officially the worst, laziest, crappiest Burger joint I’ve ever been to! POS!!! Update**** I went in with my messed up order and they replaced it, the manager just said don’t worry about our Mayo it doesn’t have egg. No apology except for the girl at the register. The manager didn’t step up and accept responsibility, they most likely ran out of chicken and gave me turkey. The girl asked if she could give me a soda for my troubles… manangement is lacking, you can tell they want to pass the buck onto others… will not be back. Ever!

Yes I need to review this!!! 1. DONOT come here after midnight in the drive-thru because it absolute sucks! The wait will be forever… I warned you. 2. Besides point #1, everything else about this place is amazing to me because the food is freaking awesome, whether its big ass burgers or great breakfast for cheap. It always is great… Carl’s Jr. in my opinion is underrated. 3. I’ll be back.

Run run as fast to In n Out or Jack or anywhere but run far away. This place has the top worst costumer service ever. I like thier burgers but I’d rather go anywhere else than to deal with the people in thier. The lady manager, Cecilia, I belive that is her name has horrible manners, actually no manners. Usually you see staff texting and having conversations on the phone. I have also seen the staff there and costumers having heavy discussions. STAYYYYYAWAYY

Worst Carl’s Jr. EVER! –Long wait! –Nobody at register! –They always mess up my order! –Some workers say some menu items don’t exist, while I go there a different day and I’m suddenly able to order it. –The younger workers there seen to have the I.Q. of mustard. –The sesame buns are always old and stale. –The buscuits are always burnt. –They care too much about the stupid drive thru customers all while practically neglecting dine-in customers! I’ve had it with this place! I’ve complained to corporate twice and nothing has changed. I’m done with this place!

Horrible customer service. The girls in the front are too busy socializing with their friends to take my order. Meanwhile I’m standing right in front of the counter, starring straight at the girl at the cash register, waiting for her to acknowledge my existence. At least after she gave me my order, she apologized for the wait.

the customer service sucks, very unpleasant people. they slap the food together and food is overpriced for such crap food, last time I go there… and I live down the street from them. Tried the new diablo burger and it sucks, the had to of dropped it or had a rookie make it, 12 $ for a sorry ass burger combo… no thanks, I used to love Carl’s, not any more, they have ruined it for me, I’m done.

I pulled in off the street to get at special i saw on the outside of the building posted on their main sign. When i ordered the $ 3.99 famoust star combo, they told me it wasnt $ 3.99anymore?!(now I’m in drive thru 3 cars deep and i have cars behind me I cant get out) I told them its posted he outside of the building!!? The cashier gave me the poor excuse that she does not control the signs and prices in system are set. When i told her to have a manager override it or o want to speak to them, she left and came back without manger and told me he cant change system prices either! LIE! I worked at a BK when i was a youngster and mangers can overide they could give it to you for free for the hassle. NEVERSPOKEWITHMANGER. called corporate and let them know. They said sorry but never offered me compensation. I would give this place negative start to this place but lowest you can give is one.

This has got to be the worst Carl’s Jr on the planet. They are so unbelievably incompetent it’s like a Three Stooges production. They once again gave me the wrong order via the drive thru(yet somehow managed to charge me for the higher priced of what I actually ordered). What makes it truly pathetic? I was the only car in the drive thru. All you really need to do to gauge how truly magnificently horrible this place is. just look at the Jack-n-the-Box across the street. During the lunch rush they have 7 – 8 cars in a line. I’ve never seen this place have more than a car or two in the drive-thru. There is a reason for that.
