7-Eleven

Poor customer service. Small selection of beverages. People loitering in front of store. Lottery counter no pencil or pen available had to ask for one finally found a pen. When checking out checker said pen marks were too big pen marks were not as big box. So, I will spend my money else where. Who knows I could have hit the lotto there?!

Great customer service. I didn’t realize I had left my wallet at home until I got to the counter. They were very understanding and even let me keep my coffee. So glad I know this is next to Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio. I’ll be sure to visit again! But with my wallet! Thank you guys, I REALLY needed that coffee.

This ⁷⁄₁₁ is one of the best place during the morning time with Maria cleaning the coffee station and when I say clean is clean and not like the one on saticoy and lankershim, she is smiling all the time happy to work there, the rest of the coworkers also very nice and friendly especially ishian really good customer cervice I don’t know if the name was spelled right but thanks to all the people who work there you guy get 7 * with me thanks again

My go to ⁷⁄₁₁! They always have what I’m looking for, and the people there are pretty relaxed and laid back.

Guys were super nice. Some loser left a mess by the coffee counter so I asked for napkins and the youngest one was very polite. Great customer service with a smile very friendly employees. To top it off once I payed they offered me free fruit w my purchase which was incredibly awesome! They literary made my day.

Wonder why would I ever review a 7 – 11? Well because it is en-​route to my office, and once in a while I stop by them to get a bottle of water or a soft drink. The reason I left a negative review is that customer service is non-​existent in this location. I don’t want to stereotype, but most of the 7−11s are operated by representatives of a single nation, and frequently they provide a customer service different from what we expect here in America. But this place is horrible: the persons behind the counter don’t greet customers, leave alone smiling. They don’t know how say thank you or you are welcome. They act like they are self-​appointed Messiahs of Govinda or Krishna, or whatever. And worst of all if there two of them there, they loudly talk shit about something and they look at customers and laugh.

My go to store at any time of the day or night! Its in the hood so you will be sure to get beggars asking for change. It’s in the carls jr parking lot
