If I could give this place a negative 5 I would… Very rude… Wouldn’t give my husband a key to the bathroom because he rode up to the door in his scooter telling him that they don’t allow the homeless to use their bathroom! I didn’t even bother getting out of my car when he came back to tell me that… This location had lost my business forever!

Been coming to this location for years because it’s close to work but today was not a good experience drive thru wait time takes so long the lady at the window is pretty rude.

Worst server i ever had. Wated black iced coffee but they gave flavored one and said there was no iced coffee. How come they don’t serve black iced coffee.

This is probably the worse experience I have ever had. The milkshake was good; however, I had the worse customer service experience that the universe has ever provided me. They did not want to take my money, for I had a very large bill. They didn’t want to take my friends 100 $ bill. He was so embarrassed and I got stuck with the bill. Very inconvenient, loads of bums, hookers walking in and restrooms filled with bums taking the water out. And tiff said she the potatoes poisoned her. We all got the runs the meat was rear.

I actually eat here maybe once every other month or so when in desperate need of fast food when on the road and missed lunch. Either you need the iron belly of a truck driver or need to be under the age of 27 to stomach one of their sandwiches without feeling its effects the rest of the day. Tried the cod sandwich this time and it was as expected. Nothing bad nothing great.
Their French fries taste like the love child of the French fries from Wendy’s (taste and cut style) and Burger King (outer coarseness). Will return only because they are the only drive through on my way back to my office in the bowels of LA. Prefer McDonalds value menu but will return out of their convenience coupled with my occasional desperation.

The worst service I ever had in a fast food restaurant, I went today in the morning and order 4 spicy chicken sandwiches and took a long time to get my order. and this ain’t my first time here never again would I come back here .next time I want a burger in Boyle Heights Mc Donald’s it is.

Stopped by this location for lunch and my spicy chicken sandwich was so dry. The bun was stale and falling apart. Definitely not a good location if you’re serving these types of burgers.

Before I go to work in the morning stop by Carl’s Jr close my job. I brought my Carl’s Jr coupon I found a coupon for when you buy the new chorizo and egg & cheese burrito and other one is free, what a good deal.
The burrito looks kinda big but I took a bite of the burrito great Flavors blended in the Burrito. The Chorizo have a good flavor but also little bit spicy that give a kick in tour mouth. Overall the Chorizo and egg & cheese burrito is really good I’m very surprised how everything combine in one burrito perfectly made.
Be sure use any coupons from any restaurants you save big on your pocket or getting your meal free.

If you like Carls come on down.

Even the worst Carl’s Jr. (which this one is not) is better than every Burger King.

carls jr is carls jr… My main complaint is the location and its AWFUL stench in the area… the Drive thru attendent says its the Farmer johns plant slaughtering and processing pig… BARFF! I ALMOST didnt eat my CJs… haha. The air smells like rotten dogfood!

My favorite of the chain fast food burger joints. Mc Donkeys — blah, Burger Ding — ewwww, Jack in the Crack — only if carls jr ain’t around.
They have double triple quadruple the yummy flavor burgers for breakfast and lunch. The french fries are always fresh and crispy and the price is always right.
I lust for their sourdough breakfast sandwich, I crave the teriyaki burger, I need the jalapeño burger and I can’t wait for the big carl. And then there are my buddies, the famous star, the western bacon cheese burger, the bacon swiss crispy chicken sandwich, the charbroiled bbq chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich for $ 1. Nice. They also have a decent chili cheese fries. The food is always hot with plenty of sauces dumped in.
Their shakes are good too.
