Late night fast food should be satisfying.
I ordered 2 tacos which were cold & a combo where the fries weren’t even half the box. In which I didn’t even get a receipt for a proof of purchase. I don’t live in the area & I stopped so I can get on the 60 fwy to head home. Worst customer service ever. The girl was rude had her back turned. Keep in mind it’s cold AF! so the whole time I’m freezing so I roll my window up. Sure enough!!! She then decides to attend to me. I understand it’s a fast food Restaraunt but have some common sense. Don’t bring down the image of the chain. If the girl is unhappy with working there then she shouldn’t work there at all. All I received was cold food. Not even a real order of curly fries & horrible attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there but it’s the first time I’ve received the worst customer service.

This jack sucks they always forget something when I go and on my lunch and it waste my time cause I have to go back they should always a double check for the customers, and the staff is very rude this isn’t the first time they forgot something
They always do it to my coworkers as well
I prefer jack in the box over anything and there’s only one in the area
Before you leave double check your order cause the staff there just doesn’t care

Before I headed to work I stop at Jack in the Box in Boyle Heights not far from my work. I decided to order two burritos of the new Grande Sausage breakfast burrito. But I have a coupon for buy one and get the other one free.
The Grande Sausage breakfast burrito was really good great flavors blend it with the sausage and the hash brown the important component in the Burrito is the creamy Sriracha sauce it wasn’t hot nor spicy with great flavor that I really l.
Tips be sure use Jack in the coupons, youcan get you a good on the meal.

I work nearby and come here usually once a week. so far, can’t complain. this is based solely on the drive thru. my order is always correct and fast. plus each time the person working the window is very pleasant. my fave is their peach ice tea, jumbo jack, curly fries.

First, let’s be real. This IS Jack In The Box. No one is expecting gourmet fare, but there should be SOME standards, right?
This place is in my neighborhood and I go there regularly (2 or 3 times a month). JITB is always a little more expensive then other fast food places, but I like their variety and (until recently) their quality a little better.
My last two trips, the order was wrong. Did the drive-​thru and didn’t realize mistake until I got home. Oddly enough both times I received stuff I didn’t order! So I guess I shouldn’t complain. This means that the poor guy behind me probably didn’t get is order right.
The other thing is the aforementioned quality (Wait! I’m talking about JITB and using the word «quality?» Holy ship!) is that it seems to have gone downhill a bit lately. Food seems to be over-​seasoned and salty. Maybe it’s just me.
And the last batch of curly fries was VERY stale. They were sitting under the warmer so long, they needed SPF 35.
Maybe it’s just this store.

Ive seeen a lpt better Jack in The Boxes but I mean forr being on Olympoc/​Soto they do well to maintain the place. As for the review about guy asking for $ for coke. the workers at Jack in the Box are the only fast foodd restaurants thay Ive seen take an effort to strictly enforce their, «no loitering policy»…

What fast food restaurant has a soda machine working between the hours of 11am — 2pm??? Serious??? No clue why it only works at those times. And they are so greedy with their shit. 2 napkins for 3 people? Are we supposed to rip them in half? 4 ketchup packets for 3 orders of fries? And charging 28 cents (each) for those little house dressing packets. This place is ghetto!!!
Be careful with this black guy who walks around in the parking lot asking people for money for cocaine. Serious… he told us that!
