Front desk is RUDE! been here a few times and every single time i had a rude experience. Besides that ive been waiting for hours because staff is on lunch. Despite all that, the doctors are really nice.

I’ve had Dr. Akhavan as my physician for over 10 years. He has always taken care of me to his best ability.
When I first made my appointment at casa de Salud I was a bit skeptical because of the location, it looked relatively small but no matter, that was the least of my concerns.
Truth is, if it’s full, I don’t recommend walking in without an appointment. The wait can vary from 1 – 1.5 hours. However if you’ve made an appointment it never takes more than 20 – 40 minutes at most!
Now I have no complaints about the medical nor the dental services.
However, today I am specifically coming for dental work. I’m getting my wisdom tooth extracted as well as a deep cleaning.
I’ve never felt as safe at a dental place as I do here. My dentist is a total sweetheart and he is always mindful of the patients wellbeing, anxiety level, and comfort!
He genuinely cares for his patients and makes sure to give them the most appropriate dental work.
This is definitely my go to dental place. I have found my home ! Now it’s time to get this extraction done!

The place looks good but the staff is ridiculously, when I entered the clinic there was absolutely no one there (patients), and it still took the receptionist a good 12 minutes to just say hello, then I went ahead and asked if it was open since there were no patients or visible staff. She said yes but its going to be a 30 – 45 to see a doctor, I said: why? There no one else here, and her answer was: if you don’t like it then go buy your kid something over the counter!

Worst experience in a doctor’s office EVER. I DO NOT recommend and if you can avoid going to this place I highly suggest that you do. They really play on the fact that your in there, you might as well do so and so testing (TB, pap, bloodwork, etc…), which I did get suckered into since I haven’t done any in a while… But here’s the list in case you’re wondering why you should avoid this doctor’s office.
1. You check-​in, do paperwork, wait patiently and when you start to feel like you’ve waited too long, you check in again noting the sign above that says if you haven’t been called in 30 mins to check back with them. Well you definitely need to check in with them because once they remember your there they call you in.
2. There is way too many things going on in one room. No privacy. From the moment they call you in and do blood pressure, weight, etc. to the lab room where they take blood to your own tiny room where you may happen to have your legs open wide and the doctor realizes she has no gloves in the room.
3. Don’t think they have the tools to do their job or perhaps just unprepared. The ear temperature taker (whatever it’s called) took several times before it started working. No gloves in the patient’s room. Smaller needles to take blood where hiding and the nurse thought they were out until another nurse advised they were for sure in the same area that they always are.
4. Are they qualified? I went through about 3 nurses who asked the same initial questions about my health before the last realized it was taking too long and sped through everything.
5. Last point and most important. They advised me they were going to refer me out to 2 other doctor’s offices. They did tell me that it would take several days but my appointment was in the first week of Feb, I called Mar 2^nd to follow up since I haven’t heard from them, she says someone was going to call that day — no call. Today, Mar 11^th, still no referral. Need I say more?

Rude CMA’s, not all of them. G. G is great, but the other ones are so rude. Negative one star for them if I could give. There customer service sucks. Yes, there is a wait, but the cmas attitude is worst than the wait. Avoid this place if possible. !
