Really bad service! Very dirty place!
They gave me the wrong information and made me wait for the wrong service, so when I asked what I was waiting for they realized that I was at the wrong room, SO when I went to the right one they couldn’t see me anymore because it was passed the time already.
Tried to talk to them on the phone and they transferred me before I even say what I was looking for. The staff is very rude and we are in the USA not everybody will speak Spanish

This place is no good NP in GP doesn’t know anything all he cares about his appearance and NOT THE PATIENT CARE!!! They have a Senior Dept on the 8^th floor that place is a joke I would never take my parents there the MA’s don’t speak English or if they do you cant understand them. They have a manager that is rude and never there «always in meetings» and 2^nd in charge girl with blonde hair and dark she knows less and very very rude!!! When I was there waiting for my grandmother all I saw the girls who work there just talking and laugh loudly. And of course I ask for the manager and they said she wasn’t in yet and it was 11:30am they said she stay late. I don’t need her assistant after hours I need help at regular business. For this I will not be going back or referring anyone there and for sure my grandma is not going back! Se has Medi Medi and can go where she likes!!! Manger name is Jeanette and the other girl who was RUDE to everyone who walk in Cecelia.

Best care with most caring doctors. Very convenient transportation service too!
