Well Dr. Ocampo is a great even tough she is hardly there. But some of the staff there very good and then there are other who don’t even know what they are doing. It would really help out alot if they didn’t take so many hours there. One time I got there at 4:30 and got out at 6:30 and the consultation only took me 5 minutes to literally walk out of there with a prescription. Geesh

This place is listed as an Urgent Care center, however it operates, looks, and feels like a free clinic. I went there months ago for severe anxiety attacks, as it was closest to my house, and was greeted by probably the worst possible environment to be having anxiety attacks in. During my two hour wait, I was entertained by non-stop screaming children, blaring mexican soap operas on the tv, a french-african woman beating her child in the waiting room, couples screaming at each other, two people sleeping(somehow) in the waiting room that I think were homeless, and one person throwing up, which wasn’t cleaned up while I was there. I was then graduated to… another waiting room. Where I waited another 20 minuets. The receptionist gave me a kind of wink-nod and implied she was getting me in quickly, which if it was true is a depressing thought. The doctor seeing me was visibly uncomfortable and had essentially nothing to say other then that he didn’t know what to say. He pretty much asked me what I wanted to leave. I said a prescription for xanax or something to help with the anxiety until I could go to a real doctor. He shrugged and wrote me a prescription. Fast forward six months, I’m trying to get my medical records from this place for an insurance thing. EVERYDAY I GOIN, I’M TOLDTHATMYRECORDSWILLBEREADYINTWICETHEAMOUNTOFTIME I WAITEDPREVIOUSLY. First they would be ready the next day, then in two days, now in four days. Each time, the woman who picks up, Jeni, seems like she’s going to go get on it right now and assures me they’ll be ready soon. Each time I check, she says she hasn’t even looked and it will take twice as long to get as the time before. I hate this place. It sucks even for a free clinic, let alone something I paid to experience. Trying to get health care or medical records from this place take about three to four times as long as they would just about anywhere else. If you’re looking for it, just walk until you see the gross, cramped-looking building that makes you wince, and that’ll be it.
