Great art on display today, but the woman working here was quite unwelcoming and really didn’t want to take the time to explain anything about the artist(«she’s Czech» was all the she was willing to tell us). I guess I should have known that art gallery employees cannot be bothered with any questions, especially if you walk in right before an opening. No worries, I won’t be back. PS: the artist on display was Ira Svobodova and her«Inner Matter» acrylic paintings depicting what looked like folded, layered paper, in pale, muted colors. The paintings reminded me of origami structures, I really enjoyed the art.
