The Chula Vista Apartments are an alright place to live at. The manager is very kind and easy to deal with. Where the apartments are located is right below the Hollywood hills and near a very hipster area of LA. For the price of $ 1,250 there are pretty decent sized one bedroom apartments available. The units do not have washers or dryers, but there is a large room on the ground floor that has many machines that can be run by quarters. Parking is gated and roofed. There is an elevator to the second floor or stairs. The building is two floors and there is even a cool seldom used area on the roof for barbecuing. I see lots of people walking their dogs in the neighborhood and lots of people walking to parked cars from the nearby restaurants, cafes, and live comedy club.
