We had an overpriced sofa custom made. The delivery was six weeks past the agreed upon contract date. The quality of the fabric is poor, and daily we clean-​up and pull countless feathers from the cushions of the sofa.

I had a dining table delivered that ended up being severely warped. Then argued with the store manager because they expected me to still pay the delivery person. Some things are just principle… I did not change my mind the workmanship was INFERIOR and the table was visibly warped!
Buyer beware: The delivery person told me they are always picking up tables because they warp, as they do not put supports under the table-​top.
I ended up order basically the exact table from Plantation in Santa Monica. I don’t know why I didn’t go there in first place? They are so much more professional and their style is far more forward looking.

Cisco Home is a wonderful resource for home decorating ideas. They can be pricy, but it is always fun looking around and finding some new treasure. They have sales on various items now and then. The store has many rooms including in the back, where most people miss.
