I always go to deferent Cosmoprof supply stores to buy, most of customer services are rude but when I go to the one on 142 Vermont make me feel home Leo, Gloria, Paulina Stephy are the best, kind, polite and very professional service. Thank you. Lequipesalon. Net

I am a salon owner to a very busy Salon in Los Angeles I’m also closer to another CosmoProf down the street but I always choose to come to this one because I always have exceptional service the girls are always so welcoming when I come in and greet me by name the manager Leo is always kind and helpful, and has a great staff. The girls are very helpful there’s been times I’ve been running late and they pulled my order over the phone I used to have a wella rep but they didn’t get my order to me on time so I have to come here quite a few times a week and I actually really like coming and chatting with the girls for a bit they always get me out in a timely manner it’s just always a really great experience.

The service here was subpar.
My friend & I shopped here today and what really bothered me was that the employees were chit-​chatting as I was at the register waiting to pay.
Finally when one of them noticed me standing there, I hear one of them saying to the other «Go help that Chinese girl» in Spanish and out load. Wtf! How rude! It’s like saying go help that white person or that black person while the person is standing there.
I’m not Chinese first of all and it’s offensive when you’re calling someone by race. That goes to show how ignorant this chick was. I bet she never travels outside of North America & never will.
Second, my friend asked where something was and the same chick said its over there. Just pointing to an aisle and not specifically showing her where it is. My friend had to look for it herself. That chick is basically useless.

I had the best experience here! In all my years shopping at Cosmoprof, I just discovered this location today and am SO happy I did. To echo other reviewers, the customer service was incredible. I was greeted immediately, complimented on my sweater and my hair, and given some helpful suggestions while trying to choose a new shampoo (it’s daunting in a store with probably 100 different kinds). I don’t know if I’ll love what I bought, but I’m happy I had some additional information on which to base my choice.
This is definitely my new location. The parking lot was a bit chaotic when I was there, though. The center it’s located in has a lot of stores and not an abundance of spaces.

All the employees at this location are always SUPER helpful!!! The manager has helped me out multiple times by telling me of upcoming deals and even bringing color over for me from other locations. You folks rule!
