I had one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. Ctrl Me, has a genuine staff that very helpful. I’ve emailed them at the dead of night and have been answered back almost immediately with my answer. Once I ordered my product it came in sooner than I expected, with a personalized handwritten letter to me. I can say that I have never had this kind and of service before from any other company that I can ever remember. I will 100 percent be returning to this company for all my future drone needs!!!

I brought my Phantom 3 Standard here after a crash. The gimbal wire was clearly ripped and needed to be replaced. I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and they said they would do everything they could to repair it by Sunday for a wedding I was supposed to shoot. Left it as they would give me a call the next morning ASAP. After dropping it off it took me about 10 minutes of internet research to find the part(the gimbal cable) on the DJI website. Only 25 bucks so I was very hopeful I would call up the next morning and they would have it fixed up. Instead I had to call after waiting to hear something. The first guy told me yea sorry its totally broken. I was heartbroken. I went to pick it up and asked what was it and asked if the replacement cable didn’t work. They told me they didnt even try a new cable and was told their«supplier doesn’t have it». I told them its on the DJI website for sale do you not buy parts from DJI? They said yes they do but our supplier doesn’t have it, can you show me the part on the website?” This was very frustrating… Bottom line seems to be they hadn’t even looked at it and told me it was totally broken. I ordered the $ 25 part online myself from DJI and without ever opening up a drone before I was able to repair it in under an hour. I’m back up flying again. If I had listened to them I would have had to buy a new drone… Only reason for the 2nd star is my friend had previously had a good experience there. Thus, told me to try them. After this I’m doubting the«great deal» he got was really that good. Anyway I guess they just didn’t care? Decided to just tell me it was totaled instead. Horrible practices by seemingly nice people.
