Culver West Health Center

My review is just for the telephone encounters that I’ve had with this facility. I have called three days in a row to get information on a patient that was admitted to our hospital. Medical records lady, whom I will not mention her name but I do have it, has no urgency with anything. Requested information from this information three days in a row and on the third day, she states I need to send her a fax requesting this information. She could’ve told me this the first time that we interacted so patient care was not delayed or affected. I was asked to call back many times during these three days of which I complied each time. Pretty ridiculous. I’ll make sure if any of my friends or family members need assistance, they will not go to this place!
