Discovery Document Technologies

Started off well, but quickly declined. I used to spend extra time talking to one of the guys because he was friendly and I began to think of him as my friend. Well, my friend messed up! Hedidn’t tell me about documents that had been faxed in for me and then didn’t send them to me for a few months. Tried telling me that emailing me a PDF was enough. Yeah, right! Then, messed up on things like putting the wrong subpoena with the wrong documents. Not only that, they didn’t fix things when I complained. Very disappointing. Instead of getting my future business, here I am complaining via Unilocal.What a shame.
For sharing the docs I subpoenaed, I will be letting opposing counsel photocopy instead of making them order them from discovery.
I would give negative stars if I could.

I use this place frequently for work, and they are amazing miracle workers.
