Domino’s Pizza

They cannot get an order right to save their life! order from somewhere else!
Time after time I try to give this place a chance. I am so tired of paying for a pizza, waiting a long time (because this place takes forever!), only to pick up or get something delivered that I did not order! they will leave out ingredients I payed extra for, add ingredients I F#$king hate and did not order, or completely forget to make or deliver other side dishes or sandwiches. The worst part is that they will argue that you ordered what you got until you pop out your phone to show them your online order (i assume they get away with this when it comes to phone orders). Based on a lot of the other reviews, I can tell that management does not care and that is why I will not be ordering from this Domino’s anymore but that is besides the point. I highly recommend for anyone who is reading these reviews to order from somewhere else! (unless, of course, you do not mind getting a wrong order)

A cheeseburger pizza and hot wings were good! And the delivery was on time! Might order for them again.

This place is actually really awesome! I dont know why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve never had a problem and my pizzas are always delicious I especially love the sandwiches and pastas they are my favorite. The service has been friendly and I like to tip them especially when I get a delivery from them. Lighten up people this isn’t a 5 star restaurant!!!

I’ve never been to this location but from it’s reviews & my experience today (bad customer service & an hour wait time for delivery), I do not recommend using this location!!! Use another location or just get something else!

I order on-​line and delivery is fast however the pizza is terrible. No flavor, tiny amount of cheese. And more than a few times all pizza toppings had slid to one side. Now I buy frozen and they taste better. Get it together Domino’s.

Sometimes they forget some ingredients, which is really annoying.
Pizza I almost always delicious but it has happened several times that the order they deliver is not what I ordered. They should check their orders more carefully.
Also, the customer service sucks, I’ve complained numerous time about that issue and I have never heard back from them

It’s a love and hate with Domino’s pizza. But love to order hoping it would be great but hate that the pizza is not hot once you take it home. Or even that they don’t give you pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. You have to buy it now in a small looks like ¾ oz container for $ 1.49 that I hate. What kind of pizza place is this. Ugh
Pizza was not hot like back in the days. It kinda taste like morning pizza. The only thing that tasted good was the mango habanero which was spicy but yet sweet.

Their pizza tasted so bad! one of the worst ive ever had. They should put more pasta sauce on their pizza– i could barely. taste the tomato sauce… yuk.

Worst costumer service ever! I made an online reservation ONE HOUR before they opened to pick up at 11am. I was aware that this store didn’t open until 10 am; started checking the order online at 1040 am and it hadn’t been updated at all. Called them at 1045 and was literally on hold for 17 minutes (pls see picture below) just to follow up and confirm that my order was ready. A man finally picked and after all info was provided, said «yeah, I think is ready» showed up less than five minutes after hanging up with him and still had to wait 15 more mins. For my order… How crazy is that?! No apologies, nothing!

I always take advantage of their carryout special (MONDAY-​THURSDAY) three topping large pizza. Today, I opted for Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushrooms. Ordering online is a breeze and it takes only 5 – 10 minutes for their online tracker to say that my order is ready for pick-​up.

I have never been to this Dominos location in person, however, I am hugely fond of the Dominos Pizza app on my smart phone, and use it for a quick & cheesy dinner when I’m too tired to cook. (I hate to admit it, but this happens sometimes once a week.) This is my local store so if I want dominos pizza it has to be delivered from here. Thankfully I’ve never had a problem when ordering from this location. The pizzas come fast and hot. The online coupons make them cheap too.
The best pizza from this Dominos are the «Pan Pizzas». I like the hand-​tossed variety too. The thin crust is just OK. (I would recommend going somewhere fancier for that) You can’t go wrong with the pepperoni or Hawaiian style pizzas, but the mushroom & olive, my usual favorite, is just OK.

Worst Domino’s ever!!! The fools working there dont even know their menu well. The place smells and waited for 10 min to give my order. I recommend not to go this dominos location. It suckssss!

Ordered online for Alfredo pasta, but they didn’t put any sauce! How it’s a Alfredo pasta, without Alfredo sauce? The guy was kind enough to ask me ‘if’ I want them to remake them. The answer was ‘yes’ & his face looked like he ate some sour grapes
I’ve seen the reviews & dealt with them before, so I always check before I take out anything from this location. Bad customer service over all. When a restaurant/​franchise gets ‘B’ from health department, u already know what to expect
All these bad reviews & not a single explanation from the management shows lack of care for the customers. And putting the crushed pepper/​Parmesan cheese for sell shows the whole company’s greediness. With 100s of new (good/​cheap) pizza place to pick today, I think Dominos will find it hard to get any business without improving the team/​quality

I don’t understand the bad comments about this Dominos establishment. My pizza has always been delicious and delivered in a timely manner. I’ve had a few mistakes on some pizzas but they are happy to make it up to you and you have to appreciate that.

I wish there’s no star option because they really don’t deserve one. This review is regarding their business practice only and not for the food.
I happen to live behind the building of this establishment and notified the manager of the loud «helicopter» sound their vent is making on the roof top, sooo loud my whole household couldn’t sleep for days.
I remember talking to the manager personally regarding the same complaint like 6 months ago and he got it fixed in an hour. But since I called at 10pm 2 days ago he then told me to put up with it til they close because he can’t turn it off due to his food might go bad and also there’s nothing he can do because the technician can’t come at such late time.
To make this review short, 2 days later, it’s still not fixed. We had to basically put up with the noise when we shouldn’t have to in the first place. Nothing was resolved. This franchise lacks customer service, I am definitely writing to the corporate office. They should not put their business in residential area if they do not know how to run a business properly.
What a shame. I will make sure my neighbors do not order here.

This place SUCKS! Only reason I order from here is because I work across the street and it’s convenient. However, these fools take your order all right, but don’t expect them to have it ready the next day as promised. This happened on 3 separate occasions where I pre-​paid for pizzas for a school party, and then of course they have no idea about your order so ended up waiting another 30 minutes to get the pizza. Kids were not happy.
Also, they have asked me 2 separate occasions to pay again when I came to pick up. How hard is it to input in your computer system that the customer has already paid for the items? They didn’t believe me and gave me a hard time. Ridiculous. Get it together Domino’s! Oh, yeah, they never give you anything extra! You have to do a quick looky-​loo inside the box and tell them before you leave, that you want napkins, chili flakes, and parmesan cheese. That should be standard for a big franchise such as Domino’s. Bad customer service all around.
