Doesn’t taste like a Dönée at all. The meat is more like mint and was very dry. The bread was too soft and fell a part. I really missed the«wanna be Turkish German Food“and so we went there to get a Döner, but it was disappointing. Not worth $ 8

Worst Turkish food I ate in USA, I live in USA for 15 years and I am Turkish. They served me a terrible chicken shish kebab which was really old and smelly. Chewed like a hard gum and tasted like 5 weeks old. Do not eat here.

Stopped at this place to get something quick. We ended up getting a pepperoni pizza and a side of pita with hummus. The service was good as the lady taking our order was very nice. Food: The hummus has NO flavor. Not good at all. The pizza was not any better. You can taste that the cheese was a cheap option, and the dough wasn’t any better. We should have ate at the taco stand outside this restaurant. It would have been faster, cheaper and tastier.

I hope Unilocal considers having a no-star review soon, because this place would be a prime example. Came into the restaurant while it was empty and got to order right away. Ordered a simple steak wrap. 33 minutes later after sitting there right in front of the kitchen where they pass by constantly, they ask if I ordered anything. Took them another 10 min to make my wrap for a total of 45 minutes. How can you not notice what’s going on when there’s only about 5 customers in the store. Avoid at all cost!

This place is not even worthy of the one star, but they make me give ya that. Like EVERYONE else said, the food here is damn near inedible. My advice is, one, don’t stop here, but if you must, chew your food really well. The chicken tasted like it was cooked, cooled down, reheated, and then microwaved. It seriously took over 30 minutes for a half cup of bland rice, four ounces of chicken and two tablespoons of something they called hummus. Be smart and just eat a bag of Fritos™ from the tshirt shop next door. Peace out. See ya in the emergency room! PS — the posted pics don’t do the food justice either, the food comes out MUCH worse.

While I have had better Doner, I am just so glad to be able to find it here, that it was ok for me. They did have the right kind of bread which I usually don’t ding here but it was just not really fresh, even after toasting you could tell it was old. The meat was a little dry and they were pretty skimpy on all toppings in general that it was just a lot of bread. Sauce was good and helped with the dryness of the meat and bread. Service was nice but super slow, it took about 15 minutes for my one sandwich with no one in front of me, I think they reheat the meat to order, not the best idea. Prices high for what you get, over $ 8 would be fine if there was actually something inside the Doner. Don’t think I would bother to be back, but it did somewhat fulfill the craving.

They don’t even deserve one star but I’m required to give SOME rating There meat isn’t even cooked all the way And they have no courtesy to appease you when they get your order wrong True disgrace to Turkish cuisine I hope they shut down eventually

Wanted a doner so I was happy to see it has it in its name. Ordered it and it took 20 minutes… No this is not a restaurant where you should wait 20 minutes for you food. Got my «doner» and I realized it was a burrito… Flower Tortilla with some Vegas and gyro inside. I ordered beef doner btw. And it tasted horrible… NEVERCOMEHERE. NEVER.

I have tried the combo kebap which was pretty nice and similar to turkish style kebabs. Also cashier lady is cool.

The food is alright here, the only issue I see is the wait time, we were there alone and it still took a long time to get the food ready. My second time trying a Turkish Doner sandwich and it was good. Very similar to the Gyros but the Gyros has more flavor that you can’t go wrong with :) we waited a long time for the food and I’m not sure if I would go back with the variety of food that this town has to offer. Not sure how long they’ve been in business but they have long ways to go to turn around the bad reviews in to good ones.

$ 7.50 for a pizza for two. Nice! They have a huge variety of food on the menu. A bunch off guys next to us ordered wraps and burritos. They looked yummy! I found my new spot in Hollywood! Only problem is the pizza took about 30 minutes. It was good, though.

Wow. Seriously, got the club sandwich. Took one bite, turned and threw it in the trash. And spit the rest I was chewing on in the trash can. I hope I don’t get diseased.

Going against the reviews and stopping here for lunch please let the döner kebab be good!!! Update: not good. Dry meat just like everyone said. No spices. Someday I will learn my lesson and listen. One star for tasty fries…

This place was absolutely disgusting. The menu wasn’t descriptive. I asked for a chicken wrap and I got the sorriest buffalo rubber chicken believable. To wash I down I tried to order Rach dressing. Instead they gave me a glob of disgusting gook with a thick film on top. I am not going back.

Oh how I wished I had Unilocaled this place before visiting! Supposedly the owner is Turkish, but after eating the food and having my half-Turkish boyfriend by my side, a Turkish owner must be a myth! We each ordered a doner kabab and were extremely disappointed. I took two small bites and pushed it aside. The meat was burnt and tasteless. Mine also contained the ends of the tomatoes, very unappetizing. One star is one too many for this joke of a Turkish restaurant. Worst 20 bucks we ever spent.

Looks like european Doner Kebap, which is Meat in Bread, actually without Fries just meat, salad and Souce like coctail, garlic dressing., Invented from Turkish Immigrants in Berlin — Germany in 70s… And there is Doner Box /Food Box like chines Rice box contains Fries and Doner Meat and Souce… I think it should be prepared like European style not middle east, has less calories and is healthy.

Saw the sign«Doner King» while I was walking through Hollywood, so I crossed the road to seek this king of rotisserie meat sandwiches. Alas I was disappointed to see no doner king but another jack of all foods, typical hollywood blvd resturant. I walked out paying about $ 6.50 for a doner WITHOUT fries, and looked immediately next door to see a sign saying«Number 1 Gyro in the USA» and I immediately felt dumb, like buddy the Elf who got too excited in the movie Elf when he saw«Worlds best cup of coffee»! I’m giving it 2 stars because they had the audacity to pull a marketing stunt by calling themselves the Doner King, but not the followthrough or the courage to dare to be different from the other restaurants facing an identity crisis on the street. If it was just Doner and a whole bunch of stuff restaurant I’d give it 3 stars. While my eyes bounced around the menu of pizza, sandwiches, burritos, sliders, mozzerella sticks, and every other food on the earth, I finally shook out of it and continued on my quest to try this self-proclaimed king of doners, and was not surprised. Well it wasn’t bad, the meat wasnt too greasy, it was on an actual rotisserie, and it was on a thick pita type bread. The place was super clean(because its new) and the food was decent, but nothing worth going out of your way for. Hotsauces: Buffalo style hotsauce
