I have gone to Jennifer three times now for the acne facial treatment, and I have only positive things to say. First off, the facility is very clean, professional, and conveniently located next to Aroma Spa, where I’ve been a long-​time customer. Next, the facial treatment itself is fantastic. The entire procedure lasts anywhere from 1 hr 40 min to 2 hrs and includes a massage of the face, shoulders, arms, and hands as well as extractions and face packs. Jennifer is incredibly meticulous about the extractions. I also appreciate that she tailors each treatment to my skin condition and makes recommendations for my daily skin care at home. I was so happy with my first treatment that I purchased a 10-​pack of facials at a discounted rate, which has really made a difference in my skin. I will be returning here again and again.

The place had a very nice vibe and a good first impression! The receptionists were very friendly. Jennifer took care of my skin really well for me. It was my first time getting skin care and I already booked my next appointment. They’re on promotion right now, so I highly recommend!

My brother started coming here first and I saw a huge improvement on his skin so I figured I will give it a try and I love it! If you get the skin care package, it is actually not too expensive and you get a validation for the parking which is always a plus. It is super easy to make reservation and they always call me in advance to confirm my appointment.
Sally is the one who takes care of my brother’s and my acne problem. She is just awesome. Thanks to her my skin is super clear now!

Just moved to North Koreatown and I’m on the hunt for a new skin care studio. Thankfully Unilocal pulls through again. I booked with Ashley and found myself going to the Aroma Spa. You know, the mall with the golf range and the jumbotron that brings a bit of Times Square smack dab in the midst of Ktown.
Ashley is my skin angel. She slathers luxurious Darphin products on my parched skin. She gives me great advice on products– «have you tried organic coconut oil? Take two spoonfuls. It will change your life!» And the best part, she doesn’t slang products. She gives you practical advice on skin care products based on effacacy– not comission. All of her recommendations were not sold on site.
It’s a bargain for an hour facial with a thorough shoulder and neck massage. I highly recommend her to take charge of your skin and her advice is par example of what a concerned and thoughtful aesthetician should dole out. Do see her soon.

I’ve been coming here a couple months now and my skin is getting so much better. I used to have a lot of issues with hormonal acne on my chin and now not so much. Ashley’s great. She’s one of the better estheticians I’ve had over the years.

My friend took me to Élan Skincare a couple of months ago for my first facial ever. I have a combination skin type and didnt quite know how to take care of it. At first I was a little nervous but Ashley made me feel comfortable and she explained everything that she was applying to my face. She recommended that I use moisturizer and vitamin c. I took her advice and have seen improvements in my skin. Thank you, Ashley and hope to see you in future visits!

Fan fan fan of day spas & skincare, If you were to ask me for recommendations in LA; I would highly recommend Élan Skincare. The price is very welcoming and once you get the skincare package, you are able to use the sports spa side of Aroma.
My esthetician Ashley has been taking care of my skincare for last 7 months and my colleagues. Friends and family immediately noticed the differences. I have referred 4 people and they are now a FAN of Ashley as well.
You’ll definitely thank me once you visit her :)

Updating from my previous visits– I’ve been going here religiously cause I had hormonal acne and a lot of whiteheads around my chin area. Made appointments with Sally and she is the best!!! I love her! It hurts like a b**ch but it’s so worth it! My skin feels like a baby’s butt and got so clean! I do have scars but I bought one of their products they sell from SkinCeuticals and it’s been improving a lot for such a short period of time. This goes out to all the acne prone/​acne scarred face people !! Definitely worth the price for the results. Loveeeeeeeee it!
