Awesome. One word that accurately describes my experience at Fast Frame. The work here is flawless, the pricing is reasonable, and the service is fast and friendly. I love it when you find the rare exception of customer satisfaction and service with a smile. I don’t have many framing needs, but when I do… I bring them here. You should too.

I recently purchased a funny print and an oval shaped frame at ikea. I needed a matte to fit and after calling another frame store in the area, they recommended Fastframe for round cut mattes. Pamela could not have been any more helpful. My boyfriend and her collaborated on what colors to use. She had it ready a day earlier than projected. She left me a voicemail saying it looked great and was ready for pick up. I could tell by her excitement over the phone that it looked great. I went to pick it up and could not wipe the smile off of my face. Thank you Pamela and the Fastframe family for helping me round out one of my first art purchases! As a recent college graduate entering the real world, I knew hardly anything about framing. With my arms full of artwork, I entered this place not knowing what to expect. Thankfully, the extremely knowledgeable and helpful folks at Fastframe worked with me to find a framing solution that fit my price range. Terrific store!

Came here in 2004. Expensive, but not more than other frame places, and the frames are high quality and not easily scratched, unlike the ones at Frame Club. The great guy at the counter helped me frame about 8 items and due to his good taste and judgment, they turned out beautifully! I’ll never forget this experience. I hope he still works there.

Pam and the team at Fast Frame are the absolute best!
We bring a high volume of a variety of materials to be framed– from posters, artwork, pictures and more– and they always get it exactly right! The customer service can’t be beat as Pam provides a personal touch on top of her professionalism and the high quality of their work. We drop things off to be picked up a few hours or days later and never have to worry if it will come out right, it’s perfect everytime! Even last minute jobs that we need back in a rush come out with the same high quailty of frame work.
Don’t go anywhere else if you are looking for a job done right and on time!

Seriously. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. When I first moved to L.A., I was so frustrated going to framers who would take weeks to do a simple framing job, and not take the best care either. And then one day, I happened on this Fast Frame and I’ve been a steady customer for more than a decade. Prices are extremely reasonable and the craftsmanship thanks to Luis, who does the actual framing, is extraordinary. Pam, who runs the shop, takes the kind of care with customers’ work that is rarely seen these days. She does it with a smile, she’s insanely patient as you try to make a framing choice, and she always comes up with a more creative solution than you even first conceived, creating a work of art of your work of art. I would not trust ANYONE else with my framing. I cannot give a high enough recommendation to Pam and Luis at this Fast Frame. And they are fast, they have gotten me out of a pickle dozens of time when I needed a complicated framing job last minute. Pam has saved my art work from being bleached out by sunlight, always reminding me to use UV protective plexiglas. And not only that, my art work was protected in the last big earthquake thanks to Pam who advised me prior to the quake that Plexi is better than glass. If I’d had glass at the time of the quake, the frame would have shattered and the art work would have been ripped by shattered glass, but thanks to Pam’s recommendation, my art work was unscathed. Pam and Luis have become like family to me. How many businesses do you do business with that you think of as family?! Seriously. The two things I will leave you with: the high quality of caring and craft that happens at this Fast Frame is a kind of caring, a kind of craft, that’s sadly of another time, and again, they will make art of your art work. They framed a rare photo I own with such a special frame and such a special matting, I stil stare at it with amazement. I love this place. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I PROMISE. Don’t make the mistake of going somewhere else.

I went into Fastframe after a store down the road had told me that framing my print would cost $ 400 — with a 50% off coupon. The other store had also scorned my request for a blue frame and generally acted like I was an idiot peasant because I was not getting some froo-​froo piece of art framed. But Fastframe accepted me and my boring print, and quoted me $ 100. They did a good job too, and helped me pick what color frame I wanted even though I get going back and forth between blue, black and brown (end result = black).
