Fruit Stand Vendor

If you want bang for your buck this is the place to get it. Nothing is perfect these days but you can get close here.

After visiting several fruit stands in the area, so far I would have to say that the vendor on the corner of pico and fairfax is the best. And by best i mean most for your money. The fruit is generally good at all the stands, although the mango may be a bit tough occasionally.
Usually, the price ranges from $ 3-​$ 5 dollars. However, depending on the vendor you may get your baggy of fruit filled only half way after paying full price, or you may pay the minimum and get twice as much as before. Either way, the guessing game is over with this guy on Pico.
Give him five bucks, and he fills the bag to the brim every time. sure thing.
The vendor next to the BofA on fairfax and wilshire does a good job as well, but, having just gone to the pico/​fairfax location today… i’m still partial to him…
