My wife was shopping Sunday evening, she asked me if I could come in the store to help her decide. There was a line outside the store just to enter. So I’ve been waiting just outside the store at a bench, because I didn’t want to be the guy in the store, in the aisles, making less of space. So I kindly asked the door keeper if I could come in to help my wife out, he said no and that I’d need to wait outside in the line. So right away, a customer cut line and asked to see the cashier and make a return, and right away she was let inside. What about me? So I asked the door keeper again if I could come in because this wasn’t the first time he let someone into the store without them making line. He said no. So then I asked to speak the manager. THe manager took some time to come out, and she said no to me as well. I guess they rather have a customer cut line to make a return than keep a customer to make a sale. Not great customer service and sales. Also not fair of them letting other customers in the store just because they might might have a better reason, equality needs to be fair. My wife spent much time in the store and since I couldn’t come in to help her, she kindly let her items down and went shopping to other stores. She was sad of the waste of time and I was too for her, but she found some other great sales at the other store nearby.

Awesome service and some really great deals. The staff was constantly offering help and folding the clothes that people like me messed up. I would definitely shop here again tip: back wall is 50% off!!! 3 dresses 72 $

Id like to give ZERO stars for lack of professionalism. To the girl that found herself rolling her eyes at me when i asked for help politely, invest that negative energy in blending in your foundation and working on that muffin top

Good store, good selection — right in the middle of the Citadel Outlets, so you can’t miss it. I’d say the location is pretty prime since you can see it from the parking lot and it’s pretty big. We came here so the hubs could check out some clothes. He was in desperate need and I quit buying his stuff for him(cuz it’s all about independence!) so he had no choice — he had to buy some stuff. Everything in the store was on sale but DAMN — the original price points are HELLAHIGH. 40% off shorts — GREAT — except the original price is $ 65! I don’t give a damn if it’s Guess — it ain’t Prada, so why charge $ 65 for a pair shorts??? They aren’t pants — it’s half the damn fabric. Not to mention, I’ve seen the same exact shorts at Ross for like $ 20 Hubs ended up getting a nice dress shirt for $ 27(that’s after 40% off). We would have purchased more but we still have bills to pay! I will say that the service was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful. If you can afford to shop here, I’d say go for it. I can’t — too expensive for my tastes.

Yea but there’s 4 workers and none of them want to help. I had to flag down a person she saw me then walk away with another employee. Then another came and pretend to help. Her face was just bitchy and angry like we were interrupting her«me» time. Finally she opened up the case. She showed us the watch that we wanted. Then we want to see another and another from another case. Then she yelled at my friend. «I can’t have too many watch out at the same time !» Could have said that nicely. Ppl understand. Gee. Finally my friend really like the one. That’s the only reason I even buy the watch. A friend of mine is from Vietnam so she didn’t know what was going on, too bad for me. So the employee took the watch to the counter. So I told my friend to wait there. The register is now free so my friend walked up. The girl behind the counter was like yelling to my friend«you were not here first. She is! «I didn’t want my friend’s vacation to be ruined so I just calmly pulled my friend back and said sorry to the lady the was in line first. This was a GUESS accessories store at citadel. Wow. Never again will they get a penny from me.

Good store with a good selection of clothing. Staff was friendly and very attentive to what you need or are looking for. The only downside I found with this location and others, their aisles are very crammed and do not have much space to walk around in.

One star for finally finding my bridal shower dress here and one star for the dressing room girl Melissa who was a sweetheart. The customer service here sucks ass. The greeter(some chick), saw me walk in, proceeded to walk past me to greet the person behind me. At that point I wanted to walk out but then I laid my eyes on «the dress» and I wasn’t about to skip out on looking good because of some hater. The cash register chick completed my transaction while having some string wrapped around her head(I’m thinking it’s a hipster thing?) and having a conversation with another worker about how some lady who had just walked in(probably the one I got ignored for) drops $ 800 at a time. Classy. Now this is the moment where I would typically say, «Pshh she works at retail and I’m sooo much better!» but hell, with this economy, lord knows what job I’ll end up with so I’ll just say Guess, train your employees, or better yet get that Melissa girl to train them. Peace.

this store is at the Citadel Factory Outlets, so there’s a big parking lot. they have a great selection of stuff on sale. i got a nice jacket for $ 50. my husband is pretty slim, so he has some trouble finding shirts and sweaters that fit right, but he found a few items to wear to work. the dressing rooms were pretty neat and tidy. the staff was helpful and checkout was a breeze. we’ll be back!
