Awesome liquor store! All staff members are helpful and friendly, especially Fred. Fred was extremely knowledgable about their wine selections! This liquor store feels safe (helps that there’s a police station located right across the street) and is well organized. The store is very spacious and clean! Parking is limited since there are other stores located in the same plaza but there’s plenty of street parking.

I like to support this small local liquor store. They have decent prices on beer with mostly good selection. Booze, snacks and ice cream normal stuff. The guys behind the counter have always been professional and friendly even inviting you to bring your bike inside.

I’m not from LA area, but I work out here. I needed to buy some liquor for some festivities, I Unilocaled liquor stores and happy corner liquor had awesome ratings so I went there. When I walked in I was greeted right away by the owner Ted who is absolutely amazing. Great customer service, he was very helpful, and to top it off he welcomed me to LA!!! the liquor store was pretty big, it had sooo much variety of drinks, liquor, and wine to choose from. I will definitely be coming back soon

Happened to be in the neighborhood again and stopped by… Really knowledgeable on the wine and had really great selection of beers.

What can I say, I’ve been coming here for years and Ted really knows his stuff. Good selection of beer and top shelf items. I never leave there unhappy… Well except for those losing scratchers I always seen to buy. Great place to buy local.

So happy that I live close to this liquor store as it’s the best that I’ve ever been in. The owner, Ted, is such a nice friendly guy. The store is really clean and well organized unlike some liquor stores that are a little run down. The other guys who work there are also really great to deal with, and very attentive. When you walk into this store you will never find the staff chatting on their phones and ignoring you during the entire process of checking out and paying, which has happened to me many times at other stores. Ted is a class act who appreciates your business, so I’m happy to pay a little more than grocery store prices to give him my business.

My boyfriend and I live across the street from Happy Corners. It was such a great find when we moved into the area! The owner is Amazing (capital A is necessary here). He’s suggested some of our most favorite wines to date! Will come here as long as we live in the area.

Best corner store ever! Great wine selection, and if you ever want something that isn’t stocked there, if you mention it to the owner (his name is Ted — he’s usually working during the week and knows everyone by name) and you’re a repeat customer he will most likely have it on store shelves the next time you are there.

The owner at Happy Corner knows his hard liquors — and especially is a Tequila afficionado. Their beer and wine selection is limited, but they have the always decent Blackstone wines and Chimay beers.
