Ralph from Inspectech saved me from a horrible bird mite infestation in my kitchen. Google «bird mites». These things are nasty! And they bite humans! I had the itchiest bites all over my body. But I couldn’t find any bugs, because bird mites are tiny… like the period at the end of this sentence. I was going crazy for months trying to figure out what was biting me?! I treated my house for fleas, took my cat to the vet, and got misdiagnosed by two doctors as having scabies and lice, before I finally found Ralph and he solved the problem! In two visits, he found the source of the bird mites, inspected them under the microscope, showed me pictures and explained their lifecycle (he could see these parasites had already eaten), and killed them with non-​toxic methods like freezing with an air machine and spraying with rubbing alcohol. He also taught me which cleaning supplies to use to prevent future infestations. I’m happy to say, the bugs never returned! If anybody is looking for help with disgusting spiders and rodents definitely give Ralph a try. I’ve used plenty of Pest Control companies in the past. He’s very professional, honest and reasonably priced. Ralph takes the time to explain to you what the problem is and what needs to be done to solve it. He did a very detailed job and got to every nook and cranny to get rid of those pesky spiders. Since I wasn’t home, he took pictures of what he did and text me later to explain.
