ProCraft Structural Pest Control

I was concerned about bug bites I’ve been getting at night, I last called Procraft 2 years ago and they got rid of my noisy cricket problems, so I called these pros again and I’m glad I did. Mike came out, checked out the problem, ended up not so serious and more than being a pest control, he was like a therapist, bc I can finally sleep in peace now without being worried about bugs! He left behind some traps, so glad we eventually found nothing serious. He took care of the bugs and even cleaned the webs around the exterior of the house. I’ve already referred several friends. You won’t be disappointed.

This review is overdue. My husband and I moved into my moms house back in September and the previous tenants had left it INFESTED with roaches. We truly thought it was a complete loss. Pro craft provided me with peace of mind since the initial call. They came out almost immediately and it’s now been about six months and I have not seen a single roach. Thank you procraft!!!

We requested the «one-​time service» for a crazy ant problem we have been battling for over a year to no avail. They promised a 30-​day guarantee against a single ant, and boy did they live up to it!
We had an especially bad ant problem, so together, Jeremy and Mike ended up coming to our house a total of FIVE TIMES (at no extra charge) to fulfill their one-​time service. And they were so cheerful about it every time, even though they weren’t making a cent off the return visits. Mike even gave me his cell phone number and told me to just text him if I saw ants and he’d be back
They sprayed, they baited, they even drilled holes in our garage floor to attack the final nest that was holding out. In the end, they won. We haven’t seen an ant since.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly service, good prices, and when they guarantee something they keep their word. Highly recommended, from my experience.

If you are still looking for a termite company, look no further. I normally do not write review on any company; however, after the service I got from Darren and his company I feel like I have to write a review for everyone to know.
Forget about Terminix or Western and all those big company. Darren was not only super knowledgeable but also really friendly. He kept on following up with me after our first meeting to make sure I got a fair quote from other competitors. I always believe that the cheapest price is not always the best product/​services. But so far Procraft has proven me wrong. Their price was unbeatable. The crew came at the time they were schedule to come.
Strongly recommend Procraft for anyone who is looking for a fumigation soon.
Also just to prove how understanding they are. I recently applied for a credit card which will give me cash bonuses if I spend a certain amount of money within three month. I asked Darren if he could hold on to the payment processing and wait till I get my credit card so I can accumulate the spending faster. Without any hesitation, he agreed to not charge me until I receive my card. As i am writing this, he still has not charge me yet. How great is that? A company who is so understanding and works extremely close with its client.
P.S Procraft is a small family-​owned company. thats why they cannot be compare to all those big company out there!

This is my third review of ProCraft and as usual they are awesome! We signed up for their quarterly service and about a month ago noticed some ants and spider webs. As good as their word, Daren came back out and sprayed again at no charge!
Yesterday, while playing ball a number of my friends were complaining that ants invaded their homes due to the high temperatures we have been experiencing. I told them about ProCraft and they will be giving Daren a call. In the house, we have not seen a single ant during this hot spell. These guys are great!!!

Darren has been spraying our condo’s in ontario in addition to other rental properties for three years now– he is always super attentive and timely! And procraft is willing to stand by the quality of their services and comeback if the pest issue isn’t resolved after the first spray or treatment. They take care of mostly seasonal issues like spiders once a year, and we had them spray a few units for cockroaches that haven’t been back since. I would definitely recommend them!

There have been so many issues that I experienced with this company that I will do my very best to share everything with you.
First, I rely heavily on Unilocal and base many of my decisions on the reviews from fellow Unilocalers. This is the sole reason as to why I hired Procraft in the first place. When I spoke with Darren on the phone, he was courteous and prompt. He came to my home, performed a complete termite inspection, and told me that I had both drywood and subterranean termites. This I already knew so I opted have my extermination done with them. The next day, another employee by the name of Patrick, came to my house and started drilling holes in my concrete to treat the foundation against subterranean termite infestation. I was familiar with the process since I did my homework. However, as Patrick was drilling the last few holes, he drilled through a water pipe. He notified me and then called his manager, owner, and cousin, Mike to let him know of this accident. As soon as Patrick got off the phone, he told me they would take off $ 100 off my $ 4000 total estimate for the drywood and subterranean treatment. They made no offer to repair the damages that they did and tried to charge me an additional $ 300 to repair their mistake. I had to turn off the main water shut off valve and make the repairs on my own. I spent about 4 hours jackhammering the concrete and repairing the piping myself. Fortunately, I am not new to concrete work and plumbing so I wasn’t about to spend more money on something that I could do on my own. Despite that fact, I still very annoyed with this mishap. Two days later, it came time for the tenting. Our foods were prepped and sealed according to Darren’s instructions. I was there to see my home tented from start to finish. On the 3^rd day of our home being tented, I waited for the company to take down the tent. As I was waiting, I noticed that the tent had a huge gash on the side of my home. I was more concerned about the fumigation gas leaking out prematurely during the 3 days of tenting so I called Darren to let him know that I may need more termite poison because the house was not properly sealed. He seemed ‘funny’ on the phone and told me that my home may have been broken into while it was tented. It was about that time that the fumigators arrived and started to take down the tarps. As the tent was being taken down, I noticed that the front door was pen and the side windows to my home were wide open. That’s when I hung up the phone with Darren and called the police to report a burglary! When the Sheriff arrived, she walked with me around my property and started filing a report. After she completed her investigation and left, Mike, the owner of Procraft arrived. He was apologetic about my whole termite extermination experience and offered me a mere 5% discount for my troubles. Mike told me that unfortunately my neighbors nor I had any cameras, it would be near impossible to find the burglars. (How did he know that none of my neighbors had cameras… very fishy) He also mentioned that none of his clients had EVER been burglarized. Let me tell you Unilocalers that I had $ 45,000 worth of items stolen and even more valuable, several computer hard drives with irreplaceable photos of my family taken. After the insurance report, police report, itemization of losses, replacing all my damaged door locks and windows, I will never wish any of these problems onto my worst enemy. Be forewarned when fumigating your home… especially with this company.

I decided to give them a try because of the good reviews they got. Sure enough, they are awesome! They are professional and super friendly. They will take care of your need between schedule at anytime with no extra charge! Especially since we have lots of plants and vegetable in the back yard, they take their time to treat around the garden. They have been servicing our house for over a year now and we have always been the satisfied happy customer. :)

Daren has come out to our house every year for the past few years to spray for crickets. When we moved into our new house 4 years ago, we had a bad cricket infestation. We were constantly swatting at crickets all over our house — yuck! After one outside spraying, the crickets were taken care of. Daren found their nests and trouble spots. If we can manage to get Procraft out here to spray before the heat of summer hits, we manage to stay cricket free. Definitely recommend Procraft to anyone!

When do you know you need someone for pest control? When you just move into your new house and a month later your sweet, cute white doggy comes into the house with a giant black widow on her face. :O
Here comes Procraft. These guys are AMAZING!!! Same two guys always come by, nice as can be. They remove all of the cobwebs in your garage and outdoor/​indoor areas. All chemicals are safe for pets and humans. They are prompt! I get a call a day before with a time and another call 30mins before they show up. We liked them so much– we’re on their quarterly cycle. No joke– we asked them to spray all of our plants and bushes (we have ivy that grows on our cinder block walls) and they do it, no questions asked. I can’t tell you how great these guys are! Give them a call– you won’t regret it!!!

My family has been using Procraft pest control for about 3 years now to keep the insects and spiders out. I have met with Daren and Patric from Procraft on different occasions for service never being disappointed at all with the quality of work they do for a very reasonable price compared to the other guys out there. For sure we will be using Procraft for a long time to come so I would highly recommend you give them a try.

we made appointment to clean the roach, Patrick came and did a really good job, he detected every bathroom and outside of house. We use the one time service, price is good.

super great service. darrin was awesome. nice and informative. i had a bunch of spiders and some water bugs. took care of them and took time to explain process and chemicals and habits of critters. definitively recommend. we signed up for quarterly service.

It’s the first time I’m served by this company. Daren came today and spent more than one hour completing all the work interior and exterior. Nice guy and good job up to now. I am guaranteed that no bugs will bother me anymore in the future, otherwise they will come free of charge.
One thing needs to be mentioned, they forgot my appointment for yesterday. So I got discount~_~

Getting ready for the summer season ! I’ve always have had a bad ant problem every summer. So I decided to try ProCraft. Made an appointment, great customer service from beginning to the end. Let’s see how it goes !

I quote with another company for renting, they ask 2800!!! So over priced. Then I called procraft, they showed up as scheduled and offered me a fair price.
They did the excellent job and good service, even I texted them later for another bugs issue, they also give me the quick response and free advise.

This is our 5^th year using ProCraft and their customer service and execution is great! They are loyal with their prices as well. I recommend annual service as they keep the bugs away.
We use them for ants, crickets, spiders… and each time they keep our house & outside nice and tidy for a year.

I went with Procraft over 5 years ago after I witnessed my old pest control company say they went to my house and serviced it, but I proved them liars with video surveillance. I thankfully found Procraft. Mike and Darren are genuine people, service is great and the price is spot on.
ANT CONTROL: Every once in a while, especially around Summer and pool parties, I will notice ants near the rim of my pool. (in between regular services) All I have to do is call Mike and Darren shows up within 24 hrs, sometimes the same day, to make sure the ants are long gone before guests show up. I plan on being with this family company for a long time.
TERMITES: Recently, my daughter bought a house that needed tenting. Was given a quote of $ 3000 through the escrow co. I called Mike. First he jokingly yelled at me for allowing an unknown company to inspect for termites, and then told me the $ 3000 was outrageous. (I don’t know why I didn’t think of calling Mike in the 1^st place… stupid me) Darren came out to the house and gave me a written quote. 3 days later, the house was tented, no issues, quick and easy. oh yeah, it was only $ 998…
You won’t find a more honest, polite, professional company than Procraft.

We had a fantastic experience when we hired ProCraft to take care of our termite problem.
We initially thought it would be much more costly due to the type of termites and treatment necessary to amend the problem. Mike pointed out that our issue was much different and would require a less expensive fix. Wow. Typical businesses would jump at the chance to charge more even if it isn’t entirely needed.
What’s more impressive is that their team has continued to check in to make sure no problems have arisen since.
Oh and the termite treatment also incidentally took care of our ant problem too!
