The food is good but the people are so rude ! I been going to this jack in the box since I was in middle school and the people use to be so kind now it’s different they are plain rude ! That’s why I don’t go there no more

The service was really bad. I ordered a #9 and I waited at the window for a really long time. I also ordered a shake and told the girl at the speaker that I had a coupon for a free menu item. I was excited for it but when I got to the window she said she couldn’t take it and she was rude about it! I was disappointed.

The food was ok; this branch is extremely busy, but in a nice location and the service was great, and even though the service was busy I still got my food in a good amount of time so I can say this is Jack in a box is pretty good

Worst service in this jack in the box. The girls are extremely rude! We are the reason why you have a job so thankful!!!

Menu doesn’t change from other JITB. Still good. Only problem is that while I was eating, two homeless guys cam in asking for change. Not what I want while I’m trying to eat. Aside from that and some teenagers making out in the corner. It’s what u expect from a JITB.
