Jack in the Box

I will not be back… the tacos were supposed to be fresh… naaaaaaw…they were cold 2 bites into it. DAMN

Got my usual regular two tacos along with chicken sandwich through the drive thru I was served pretty quick and my food was prepared well I had no complaints the service was professional and nice I didn’t have to wait that long to the drive thru and they asked me if I needed sauce pretty much standard experience for any fast food restaurant chain.

This location closes its doors at 8pm. Unfortunately staff, including management, will close the store on occasion at least 10 minutes early in order to begin cleaning. This is an inconvenience to those that choose to walk to the location instead of using the drive-​through. Tonight I arrived before 8pm and there were two patrons standing outside. I knocked on the door and spoke with the manager stating that it was not yet 8pm. He simply laughed. As I was walking away, the manager met me in the parking lot asking if I was walking. (Obviously!!!) He then said that I was welcome to walk through the drive through. Really? I looked at the time on my cell phone and told him that it still was NOT 8pm and he was doing his patrons a disservice by closing early. As this happens often, I plan to contact corporate on Monday morning. I will not return to this location.

But man am I disappointed tonight. I order two 99cent tacos & 3 egg rolls simple enough right? Wrong. I don’t know if this a location thing, person who prepared the food or a Jack-​in-​the-​Box thing, but there was no cheese on my tacos. After all these years Jack kept it the same with their popular tacos. I’d be surprised if it suddenly changed now. Wasn’t what I expected & didn’t taste right w/​o cheese so I Didn’t finish the tacos & trashed them. I wasn’t too disappointed because I, at the very least had my Eggrolls right? Yet, They looked a tad under cooked but I’d been drinking alcohol & I’m hungry even more hungry now because the damn tacos had no cheese. So I reach in the bag for the delicious sweet & sour sauce for the Eggrolls. But nope, it’s ranch! I gather they gave me a ranch on accident & feel for another sauce package but it’s ranch too! So disappointed. After 86ing my tacos I sucked it up and ate 1 damn Egg Roll. Even tried it with the ranch just to see. But no that kinda diminished my JNTB love. They get two stars because my cashier was nice and she at least gave me sauce eventhough it wasn’t right. i’ll probably be back to eat at this location however I will check my food to make sure it’s right and I have all the sauces and condiments I need, before I pull off.
