This is solely based off of the morning crew. 6am-7am when I come. They’re so nice. Very polite. They say good morning, call me «ma’am», and the food is always fresh. Keep it up guys.

They’ve remodeled the inside since I was last here, and I like it. The wall art is really cool, especially the retro image of a lady holding what appears to be a Quarter Pounder. The earth tones are nice, and the dining area is very clean(at least it was when I was there). The lady who took our order was very nice(and she was wearing this amazing pink eye shadow… loved it), and the food was good. I was pleased that our order took awhile, because they actually cooked the eggs, instead of microwaving them. This seems to be the happening fast-food place for seniors… which made it a nice little chat spot for me and my dad. On the rare occasions that I eat McDonald’s, I usually go through the drive-thru, however, I definitely recommend this McDonald’s for a sit down. 102⁄100

Okay. So, if you go through the drive through, you will see a price for all sandwiches by themselves. On top of the photos of the sandwiches you will see a photo of a drink and fries OR a side salad. Next to that you will see it says + $ 2.50. So, I ordered two cheeseburgers, which by themselves(the sign says) is $ 2.58. So, if I ordered a drink and fries, I have to add the $ 2.50. So, the total should’ve been $ 5.08 right? Well, the guy at the window come talk about your total is $ 6.53. I get to the window and ask why is it so much. He says tax. So, I go over the above scenario with the BASICMATH. Tax in Los Angeles isn’t even 10%. But, let’s just say it is 10%. 10% on $ 5.08 does not equal to $ 1.45 extra. IT’S 51 cents! I ask for a manager and go over the BASICMATH with the Manager. We even go to the menu in the drive through to look at the signs. I ask her how much is $ 2.50 and $ 2.58. She answers me by saying«we have no control over what the computer systems do». Really??? First off, not one person in that store knew BASICMATH. NOTONEPERSON. The«MANAGER» couldn’t even figure it out. ITWASSOFRUSTRATING because THEY all were missing my point. It wasn’t about being overcharged. It was about nobody knowing basic math. Then, when I’m pointing it out, they get mad. I understand most McDonald’s employees don’t have a college degree, but again… once again… BASICMATH. They ended up giving me my money back, but by that time I was so mad, the food was cold and it wasn’t worth arguing over. When I asked for a number and name of THEGENERALMANAGER to call and complain, of course nobody has it. I wish you could not give a star at all, but I guess that would doing too much.

Terrible service. I tried using a coupon from the mc donalds app on my phone. It scanned but didn’t go through. I told them there’s a code I can type in and they didn’t even try the code. They just said oh well it won’t work. What’s the point of the app if the shut doesn’t work for coupons and if the workers do not know how to use the coupons from the app. They should have and training course on that. The employees need to have better customer service. I understand they probably deal with difficult customers all day but I am very polite and not difficult. So it’s not right to have an attitude with every customer. Maybe if you guys use humility do not stoop to customers level u will get more respect. I do hair and have mad customers that come in with attitudes but I still must out a smile on my face and keep it pushing. I will pray for you guys.

Sure, the drive thru may be a little slow, but you got to admit, its at a great location!!! Great to enter and great to leave, not much traffic or car accident to worry about! They never got my order wrong, and I’ve always used the drive thru so I don’t know how it looks like inside. All in all, nice drive thru experience without the traffic hassle.

It’s McDonald’s so that says everything about the food. As far as service goes, I have never had bad service at this location that I can recall. It is clean inside and not worn at all.

I strongly disagree with the first two reviews. This McDonald’s is on Homeland and Crenshaw first and second irate people and pan handlers are par for the course for the area. Go to Beverly Hills if you need hand holding. This place is fast, efficient and quite nice.

Free Wi-Fi is the only plus you’re gonna find at this McDonald’s and don’t all McDonald’s have that service? lol. It’s located on the corner of Florence and Crenshaw so it’s full of bums begging for change at the drive thru that get pissed when you offer to buy them a sandwich. The customer service is horrible and the last time I was there my bread was old and crusty. But hey, that dollar menu is the definition of the saying«You get what you pay for» … Did somebody say McDonalds? … Sure as hell wasn’t me … I’m goin’ to Fresh and Meaty up the street.

I roll right into the drive-thru just as a lady in the car ahead has finished ordering. I order and pull around. The car ahead of me is at the first window to pay when from what I can make out, the lady felt she was being overcharged. So you probably know what’s coming… a wait. She’s going back and forth with the manager. Does the manager have the woman clear the drive-thru? Not a chance. Any amount of time over and above what’s required to place an order and receive the order seems like an eternity in a drive-thru. That’s bad enough itself. Ten minutes(yes, ten minutes) later, when I finally make it to the window, I felt like the invisible man: no «good morning», no «sorry for the delay» or «thank you for waiting». Same thing at the second window when I picked up my order… dead silence, no «thank you», no nothing. Hell, I didn’t do anything to them! Why am I being punished? Fail, fail, fail.
