It’s probably been a month or two from the last time I’ve come to this location. It’s Murphys Law here every single time. I won’t get into detail only because other Unilocalers have already touched on most. In general the emplyees just seem careless, unhappy, unmotivated, and LAZY. Who even owns this franchise and why has it been so neglected? Why has nothing been done to move this location towards improvement? It’s as if every employee here is comfortable with having careless coworkers. I came in today because the heat forced me to and my body was begging for a nice cold delicious smoothie. Due to past experiences my eyes are quickly drawn to a fast moving worker that seems to actually give a shit and that actually got everyone in the line before me and my own smoothie or order right. The name on my receipt read Maria and I’ve never seen her so I’m betting she’s new; nonetheless she works like she’s been doing it longer than the people I have encountered there before. I wish her good luck and this ONE star is for her. The sticky floored location wouldn’t earn that much on a good day.

I come here often for a juice, however today I tried the chunky strawberry energy bowl. I ordered the 24 oz and it was actually more than I needed. It was very good and fulfilling. I know next time to get the 16 oz.

Horrible service. The girl took 17 minutes to make a fresh squeezed juice and when I finally tasted it, it was like drinking pure lemon juice. DISGUSTING. The manager just stood there and watched her struggle. Horrible customer service and a waste of time and 7 dollars.

I’ve never been a big fan of the smoothie shops, unless they’re associated with boba coffee drinks. To me, its just juice and I think I read that they remove all the pulp and nutritious parts, so you’re just consuming flavored water and sugar that pretty much goes through you. I came here with my brother and his kids who were thirsty, though, and tried a fruity mango smoothie. It was ok, nothing wrong with it a little overpriced in my opinion. It just doesn’t do anything for me personally except a brain freeze headache, which isn’t their fault. It was tasty though, but I can’t help but think they add a lot of sugar to make it appetizing. I don’t know what the green drinks taste like and don’t really care to find out. As for this particular store, the place is very clean and bright, giving the impression of sterilization which is the desired effect if you’re going to want to buy from them. Service was nice and plentiful parking outside. Located next to Starbucks which I think I’ll go to next time when faced with a choice.

There was only 1 girl making smoothies on a Sunday morning, don’t understand why. There was about 10 people ahead of me, so my wait was close to 12 minutes for 1 drink. This is the 2nd time I encounter super slow service at another Jamba Juice. So disappointing. Tried the kalerribean not good, I do not recommend it. Doesn’t taste like passion fruit at all, I think the Greek yogurt is what makes it strange.

Definitely one of the worst Jamba’s in regards to customer service. 9x out of 10 when I come here, there’s always a long line & the people behind the counter clearly showing no effort to get the orders out in a timely manner. I came here today, & not only was it slow, but the employees messed up about 3 different orders. Who does that? I mean honestly making smoothies isn’t rocket science. The Jamba Juice I go to over in the valley never has this issue so I really hope this location steps it up. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of 1 is because my smoothies have been very delicious(nothing worse than a lackluster Jamba Juice). However, poor customer service supersedes a tasty drink. Management– please see this and other poor reviews and do better!

The freshly squeezed Tropical Greens juice is my go to item on the menu. Delicious, healthy and refreshing!

Came to this location after a long time because of bad customer service and sure enough nothing has changed the cashier looks like she’s half as keep didn’t greet didn’t than. She asked my name and the person giving the juices didn’t even call me by my name! So my self and another person where confused as to whose juice was whose. Prefer the location on century better customer service. I mean after all we are paying for what we are getting. There’s a lot of employees lacking customer service now a days

So my girlfriend and I decided to go to this Jamba Juice and everything seem right. We placed our order and the girl at the register was great. The only thing that looked very unsanitary was the fact that the guy who was there was sagging his jeans almost all the way down where you can literally see his who underwear. Was completely disgusting.

Went this AM. As Im waiting for my drink, Someone in their rush grabbed my drink started drinking it then handed it back to the employee. The Employee then replaced the straw and lid and handed the same drink to me. Now don’t get me wrong. Im not a Germaphobe. But had the customer picked up the drink and then said oops. then handed it back I would have taken it. But the customer DRANK out of the drink. The employee NEVER apologized and was so bothered that I said I didn’t want the drink I couldn’t believe it. She did make me another one — w/attitude. I will never go to this location again. G R O S S.(Btw when I refused the drink — she still didn’t throw it away. she set it back on the counter. wonder if she gave it to someone else)

I stopped by this location on Saturday 04÷18÷15 at around 6:30 am. Frankie was AWESOME! Great attitude! Especially for a Saturday morning and so early. She’s got a good positive energy and made my Peanut butter banana shake with a smile. This location is very clean, neat and great employee’s!

It was Thanksgiving Day. late morning & I wanted to try something new. The Kale-ribbean Breeze is what I ordered.(The biggest size) I ended up not drinking it all earlier in the day because it was so close to lunchtime and I knew that I was gonna grub. So, I put it in the freezer for a «post-Thanksgiving-meal» treat. We returned home after stuffing our faces with crazy vittles at the in-laws. We kicked back a bit. I grabbed the smoothie out of the freezer, let it soften up a little, stirred it and took a sip. On point! Right on time. I now have a new flavor choice to add to the others I like.

Terrible service I’ve been here many times and it’s very unprofessional. Big orders get pushed to the side, make you wait, then given to wrong people. People at this JJ need to be retrained or good luck retaining customers.

I like this Jamba Juice because I hit it up when I little hungover in the morning. The girls working the morning shit are always super friendly when I walk it and always offer free samples. Thanks for making my bad mornings brighter ladies!

The issue I’ve continually had here is that it takes a lot longer than usual to receive your order no matter how many people are in the store. It seems as though there’s WAY too much going on behind the counter among the employees that clearly has nothing to do with Jamba Juice and that subsequently is the cause of these unusually long wait times. It’s almost as if you’re visiting a friends house and it feels like you’re interrupting them before they take your order! The employees are laughing, wrestling and talking loudly amongst themselves about any and everything other than the patrons orders, having private conversation with various people who are walking in and out and as a result, ALL of the customers were visibly disturbed by this whole experience… an yes, I did look around at everyone to make sure I wasn’t feeling this way alone. I’m a faithful Jamba Juice customer for several years now and this is definitely not normal at any of the other locations I frequent. Everyone was friendly and smiling though and that made the overall experience/wait a little more bearable. As for the product itself, it is ALWAYS on point no matter how long it takes. This location just so happens to be the most convenient for me so I will be back. All I ask is that someone step in and provide some real management and employee training ASAP. There’s no real leadership going on here and as such, the employees don’t seem to be held to any high regard whatsoever. This location honestly gives the brand a bad name. Hoping it gets a whole lot better and soon :)

My order was taken by Carell. I ordered a juice and attempted to pay with ISIS, the mobile wallet on my phone(tap to pay). There’s currently a promotion that gives you a free juice a day. Carell told me that the register froze, and that it always freezes with ISIS. After a few moments of pressing buttons, with attitude and without even looking up, she says«Thank you.» I replied, «Did it go through?» She said, «No, but it’s okay,» still with attitude. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience, definitely not a good experience.

Pretty quick service, friendly staff, accessible location. Hard to get excited about it though– the parking lot, while large, is shared with quite a few other businesses and has an ugly, hard to navigate layout with a nasty speed bump in the middle, and the smoothies seemed a little too… I dunno. Not thick and blended, but more like watery and blended? I’m not sure, to be honest, why the smoothies seemed off. Maybe it was because I was hoping they’d have fresh strawberries in winter?
