Jamba Juice, a staple for smoothies. I used to get one of their drinks daily when I worked by a location in SoHo NYC many years ago. Brought back some fond memories so my girlfriend and I decided to grab a drink to quench our thirsts.
We had the Citadel Savings card which allowed us to get a second smoothie for $ 1 with the purchase of one smoothie. We were greeted by two employees upon our entrance. It was a smal location. Maybe fits 10 people inside if it’s packed tight.
She got the much mango drink and I got the apple n greens smoothie. One was $ 5.29 and we got the second for $ 1. Drinks were made in about 3 minutes. There was only 1 other customer ahead of us (it was a Thursday night around 6pm).
My drink was refreshing and tasty. Couldn’t taste the kale; mainly just the fruits. My girlfriends mango drink was on the sour and tart side. She enjoyed it though; it wasn’t something I would drink regularly.

Considering how crazy busy it was I got my drink fast and everyone was really friendly. The staff was hustling in the back making everyone’s orders and before I knew I was out the door with my yummy Apples and Greens! Thanks JJ!

This location was the worst one I’ve been too. I’m never going here again and I work at the outlet! The customers are so rude! I ask what’s in a drink and they give me a paper and make me read this nutritional paper with that drink’s ingredients. If you work there you should know the drinks or at least have one associate know the drinks. To top it off it was the most bland smoothie I’ve ever had.

Super disappointed! Closing time was listed at 10pm but we walked up to location and were told they closed early for no apparent reason. Ugh!!!
I really wanted a juice!!!
Next time, there should be a sign posted.

Staff is really friendly and I even got a free smoothie off the rewards program. Buy the time I finished ordering, my smoothie was literally finished and since I’m a regular some of the staff have even learned my name.
It’s nice to get greeted by name and have them know my order. Really makes me feel like a valued customer.

Staff is cool and very nice. However, been to this place twice since it opened and on both occasions they have ran out of oranges. All I wanted is a orange and carrot juice

They attract a crowd! With as many people as they have behind the counter you would expect a little more experience from the staff. Small storefront leaving those waiting scrambling to figure out if their drink is ready. Maybe they need an announcement system? Having said that, I like my peanut butter chocolate love! Hence the rating. This location has potential.

I came to jamba yesterday and the cashiers were very nice and bilingual. Great customer service I really liked it! These girls were very nice and even though they were in training they were very suggestive of the menu! My order was so good im glad they opened a jamba juice in citadel!!! Although they might take a while when its packed they still managed to to get my order right and leave me with great smiles i will be definitely be coming back!!! :-)

Why they even bothered put this here I don’t know! But this has to be the worst Jamba Juice location I’ve ever been too in my life! 35 mins for a smoothie that I asked for to be thick came out as the wrong order then it was remade and still watery! Come Jamba management I know for a fact (because this was my first job at 15 ½ at the Beverly connection location in Los Angeles) this isn’t a hard job but when you hire people that don’t want to do the job they mess it all up in a chain reaction style get it together I will be reporting this bs to corporate!

I have gone here twice, there is no order, my drink sat there in blender while other customers behind me were getting served. Both times my drinks were made incorrectly, they tasted bland and had no flavor. I really hope this improves, I was so excited to see they were coming. No a good start.

This Jamba Juice opened a couple of days ago and the staff still don’t know how to make drinks, everyone is walking behind the counter confused, It took the staff 38 minutes to make my 2 drinks. The only reason I’m giving this review 3 stars is because I love Jamba Juice smoothies. Hopefully next time I come in for a smoothie the store is more organized and the staff is fully trained.

I am so happy to know that we have a jamba juice here at the Citadel! There customer service here is amazing!!! Glad to know we no longer have to rely on starbucks! Cheers to a healthier option!
