Now I want to say I LOVE Jersey Mikes but this location has a slight issue with phone and online orders. My 1st online order was incorrect of course I’m on my lunch and do not have the time to go back. 2nd order was a phone order and I repeated I want my sandwich on wheat bread and not mikes way… again get to the office and my order is wrong! I’m glad i didn’t use my shore points or I would be highly pissed at this moment. Now I have to drink a lot of water to get the oil taste out of mouth… Hope Street Jersey Mikes please know there is a reason why folks ask for no oil or opt to not have their sandwich mikes way. There should be a quality check on orders placed online or over the phone. Sadly I see I will have to open my sandwich to make sure I’m paying for what I ask, Now I’m stuck eating a soggy sandwich for lunch… yuck!

My favorite sandwich shop on the MFing planet, the bread, meat, toppings are just phenomanal, this is the only place you can get a real deli sandwich.

The workers here ruin this place. Mainly it’s the fat moron with the goatee who is such an incompetent imbecile that he cannot make a sandwich to save his life and it’s just sad. How about writing down people’s orders so you make them correctly dipsh! t? How about learning how to make the items on the menu first so customers aren’t waiting forever? I like Jersey Mike’s subs but skip this place because the workers are cretins and not worth it.

Really like this place. This time around I had the chicken cheese steak which was really good. You get a lot of chicken and some high quality cheese. I’ve also had all their cold cuts and regular cheese steak. Anything you get here is good and it’s perfect for a workday lunch.

The service here is consistently slow with borderline incapable employees. They are nice enough and make great sandwiches

I love this place, Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo, wow! so tasty… The entire place is great for family and friends… For dine in is good, I tried their online service and it has to be re-organize or else it wont give satisfactions to costumers.

Was really excited when Jersey Mike’s came to downtown LA. Have ordered several times hoping it would get better. I am from the East coast so hoped the sandwiches would be tasty and include a good amount of meat. Unfortunately not the case. Called in the order for two sandwiches. No sandwich was correct. All was mixed up. The sandwiches had very little meat. Were soggy and not good quality. Also there are not enough people working so that might be reason for low quality. This store needs to get better or it will no longer be in existence. One other item I want to add. The first time I ordered at this location, my family was waiting for order to be complete and heard a manager interview with a future employee that showed very inconsiderate feeling toward interviewee. That was a real turn off. Maybe management is poor.

I would give 5 stars but it’s a Pepsi account. Yuk! Other than that, they entire place rocks it for lunch. They pump out those precious sandwiches like nobody’s business! I love the #7 sub in a tub. It’s the turkey provolone made like a salad. I recommend extra onions, oil and vinegar if you order a sub in a tub. The tables fill up fast so do what we do, go there an extra few minutes early. I prefer getting there around 11:30 or 11:45 to make sure and avoid the lunch rush.

This review isn’t about jersey mikes food it’s strictly about this locations service. This is the third and final time I try to order lunch here. Every single time there’s an issue. On my last visit my sub took 15+ minutes. It seems like they have a dozen plus employees working at any given point, however they always seem to get my order wrong or lose my order all together. I visit the west Hollywood gateway location frequently and never have an issue. The last time my order got screwed up the manager tried to give me a card for a free sub… no thanks, I cannot with this place any longer. This location is a train wreck. Jimmy Johns is just around the corner and at this point it seems easier and more time efficient to walk the extra few blocks to eat there instead. PS that paper ticket system is a mess and should be rethought.

Place your order online or by phone, TRUSTME. I placed an order and 15 minutes later it was ready. The line was out the door and I was in and out of there in 3 minutes. If you pre-pay make sure you tell them, they tried to charge me again once I picked up. The employees all seem very young and this place was pretty unorganized. I hope they get their stuff together soon.

I love eating subs from jersey mikes but was very disappointed. I ordered two subs from here and they were completely wrong and the taste was okay. The only good thing was I got a giant instead of a regular so that was a plus. I hope next time I order here they get the subs that I originally ordered!

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is having a hard time getting off the ground and its killing me. 1st Try: Line out the door, someone comes to us in the line and takes our order, hands us a receipt but we can’t hear her as she runs off. Come to find out we didnt have to wait in that line. After all of that one of our subs was completely not what we ordered. Had to go back and get a new one. 2nd Try: Ordered online. They were not organized at all for this, we wound up waiting longer than if we had just got into the regular line and one of the subs was wrong… again. 3rd Try(and probably my final): Ordered online early before they got too busy. Got there and you could tell the workers were already frazzled and there was only a handful of customers. One girl asked my name for the ordered and went and got a receipt. Then another guy at the registered asked me if i wanted chips and a drink. I declined. 5 minutes later, still no sub, and the guys asked me again if i wanted chips and a drink. I still didn’t. Then he charged me so I had to remind him I paid online. Got the sub, it wasn’t mikes way. *smh*

It’s a Knock subway. If you want a a nice Sub just ho to Subway. The people are über nice! But the subs are not all that. My friend paid $ 10.25 for an OKAYSUB. OTWASNOTHINGSPECIAL. They need a better menu. And they took too long. I needed to get back to class in 10mins and it took just about that amount. SORRYJERSEY Mike!

Asked for a turkey wrap, dude started making it in the back, asked for no honey mustard once I realized it comes on it automatically. Be specific when you order, or you’ll get exactly what it reads on the menu.

Pretty good cheese steak in the financial district. Got the # 17 Jersey Mike’s Famous Steak Philly. Tasty hot sandwich with beef, grilled onions and peppers with melted cheese(I think it’s provolone). Nice addition to the limited fare of the financial district. The address is 801 S Hope street, but the entrance in off 8th street.

Brand new location right next to Philz coffee! My coworkers love for Jersey Mikes landed me right here two days ago. It was so good that the lines were long like a snake weaving inside and the end of it being out the door! AND my coworkers and I got it two days in a row. That says a lot since I like to give myself a variety during the week! Recommend getting your sub the Mike’s way which consists of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, spices, and olive oil atop you sandwich. They have extra toppings such as banana peppers, jalapeños, avocado(for extra $$$), and other sauces you can add on to your delicious sub! Mm… I’m drooling just thinking about it. I might just go again today… 3 days in a row? Might as well take my money Mike.

This spot is good, very different than typical sandwich place. I haven’t tried many options yet but will soon. Staff is nice, just opened recently. I will update my review soon.

Newb Philz Coffees and now a Jersey Mikes just moved in, times are changing. I have to admit, I’ve never had Jersey Mikes before but I’m from Denver, sub sandwiches run thru my veins like gangsters to the coco, «I’m in love with the CoCo!». It’s going down today for lunch, been walking by everyday for the last few months as they built this location. Update on getting devirginized to Mike soon. I’m so nervous.
