Worst service ever. If u speak to Sarah which seems like a straight bitch over the phone… Just hang up cuz she’ll just waste your time.

Very unprofessional. We went with them because they said they could get the job done by the end of the week. When they came out on Friday they could not get the covers off (which is a common problem that other companies can seem to overcome), but they didn’t bother to tell us that, we had to call them to find out what was going on. Then they said they would be out Saturday, and they never showed. When we called them Monday we were told that they didn’t really want to waste time coming out here anyway.
Incidentally their suggestion on the covers was for us to have 2 extra on hand in case they broke them — at $ 450 each. Seems to me if this is a common issue a professional company would keep them in stock so they could be sold as needed rather than expecting their customer to buy them in advance in case they broke one.

I was referred to JR Grease from a friend Who had to use them previously. After my regular guy for pumping Grease could not show up for another week and a half I was panicking because my grease trap was overflowing into parking lot. So I decided to give Jr Grease a call they sent out a technician who was able to get my system back up and running he was very informative and helpful. The company came back the The next day and did a wonderful job pumping out the grease and going inside of the grease trap and cleaned all the inside of it. Turns out my regular guy should’ve been doing this. Two thumbs up for these guys specially because it is such a dirty job.

As a restaurant owner of a busy venue, I am always in search of good management with anybody that I do business with. When I was in need of prompt grease service, JR was there with NO hesitation. I need service at least once a week, and they are always there no matter what. I greatly rely on this company as they are highly dependable. I also love the fact that they are a family owned business and they provide great customer service. Highly recommend for all your grease service needs!

To be honest, the 1 star to be much for them too. Very unorganized and dirty! They Don’t even know how to speak with the customers and also know how to work or satisfy their customers. I’ve had appointment with them 2 times, and the both times they didnt showed up, I called them and they said they didnt put any appointment for me which was a lie. the second time, they again didnt showed up, which I got pissed off whenever I called them and they brought a truck in 1 hour to clean it up.
If you want to work with them, then get ready to get pissed off because you waste your time. Stupid organization! very stupid
