I never go to KFC ever but a few weeks ago I stopped in at this one as I was walking by and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I tried their pot pies $ 5 each — bigger than I expected and really delicious. Mashed potatoes were ok but KFC needs to improve that. I was driving by last week and realized there’s no parking spaces but I think they have a drive through via side street entrance… really unclear

Service is terrible. I asked very simple questions and the cashier didn’t understand and acted as if she couldn’t be bothered. Like she was just hired to press button but not communicate with customers. Her English was subpar for someone who is customer facing and taking orders. I get it if I was in an ethnic restaurant. But it’s KFC. You should be able to understand basic English.

Well in case someone cares about this place Let me go by saying there customer service is the worst of any fast food place, managers are always with an attitude there always out of wings and instead of apologizing about they give you an attitude. If anyone cared about this dump they should do something about it I’ve see employees come and go but it’s all the same every time. Hire people that truly want to work not lazy people

I haven’t had kfc in years but after yesterday I don’t think I will ever go there again. They gave a dried up breast. The original didn’t have any flavor.

Wow! What can I say? In a sea of really, really bad fast food choices, this place stands out as the worst I have been to. Everytime I come here they are out of something. This is the 3rd time and the last time for my family purchasing any food from this dump. We tried to give you a chance and it just kept getting worse. I wonder what they will put here after it closes? Does the owner even read or respond to all these bad reviews? I seriously doubt it.

Hmm… I can’t seem to be satisfied on this joint. I know KFC has been good to me for as long as I can remember but this one broke that essence. Service is slow. The fried chicken lacks that crispiness I was looking for, and the taste has fallen down a notch. Maybe its just this branch or something.

This place truly sucks! I had to repeat my order 3x on the drive though and was asked to wait 2x and every time the DUM girl came back she asked me to repeat the order AGAIN! REALLY?! After repeating my order 3X they still managed to get it WRONG! Totally spoiled my experience here along with my meal; seeing all the crappy reviews here truly validates that service sucks here at this location and the Manager doesn’t seem to give a dam in regards to the people they hire or make sure they are properly trained!

Food was ok. But service unprofessional. All the employees were standing around doing nothing. Only gave me one napkin. Gave regular instead of diet coke. I was told none of the sandwiches were available to order.

OMG, run away from this KFC location! The service level at this store is extremely poor. First the drive thru was extra slow, there was one car in front of me placing the order it took literally 15 min. for them to process this persons order. When I got to the speaker, I asked for a 8pc with most wings half/crispy/half/original. You would think I ordered something extraordinary they simply could not fill the order and told me so. I then adjusted my expectations and asked for a 8pc/half crispy/half original. They said they could do it. When I got to the window, they left me waiting for 15 minutes. After taking my money. The attendant left the window. For 15 min. there was No Attendant at the window! No explanation for the long wait. I lost complete confidence and asked for a refund of my order and drove off annoyed with the entire experience. I spent 30 minutes all combined wasting my time. Clearly, KFC is dying a slow death thanks to El Pollo Loco, at least they serve their customers. I called the 800 customer survey number for KFC to voice my annoyance with their service. The 800 number had me on hold for more than 10 min. I just hung up and decided to write the whole experience off to another example of poor customer service by an institution. So sad that customer service is so rare today.

I don’t eat fast food often, and haven’t since after my experience here. Was served raw popcorn chicken and the manager was extremely rude, almost making it seem like it was my fault. Refused to refund me until I threatened to call corporate. Will never be dining in a KFC establishment again.

love KFC products, the driver thru at this location is a winner. the only suggestion i have is that be sure when you place your order you ask for fresh product. i always request fresh only and am willing to wait 5 min to assure freshness. if not you tend to get a mix box with a few fresh on top and older product(stale) on the bottom. i have returned product that was sub standard in the past. i really like the KFC product line and when you have the urge for the taste you gotta have KFC register on line for free product at their web site, they will send you coupons.

It’s a standard-issue KFC in every way except one. It has a drive-thru. In Los Angeles, this is a bit priceless, especially last night when it was in the middle of a downpour, it had been 12 hours since we’d eaten, and after an emotionally draining day, misbehaving(fried chicken) seemed a fair option. Three stars for being average plus a bonus-star for convenience.

I’ve been there 7 times in the last few years and they have gotten my order wrong 5 times. My roommate has had the exact same experience. Last I checked, it wasnt difficult to COUNT pieces of chicken yet I always get less chicken than I ordered/paid for. I dont know how this place stays open. The manager must be as useless as the staff.

Blech. I hadn’t been to KFC in years and thought I’d give it a try. then I remembered why I stopped going in the first place! Their chicken is like deep fried fat with 3 forkfuls of chicken in the middle. It’s so gross I could only eat one piece. Then as an added bonus I got food poisoning from it and was sick the entire next morning. Stay away from KFC!

SLOW(sloh) adj., slower, slowest. Definitions: 1 a: mentally dull: stupid [a slow student] b: naturally inert or sluggish 2 a: lacking in readiness, promptness, or willingness b: not hasty or precipitate [was slow to anger] 3: moving, flowing, or proceeding without speed or at less than usual speed [traffic was slow] See above. To elaborate further, this particular KFC is as slow as it gets. It opened prematurely. Workers are still trying to figure out how to work their own systems. They look like lost children at Disneyland running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I’ve come here twice: once at the drive-thru(complete disaster) and another time I walked in to give them a 2nd chance as I believe in 2nd chances. To describe my experiences, see the above definition. I like to call this location the little engine that couldn’t. Viagra couldn’t fix their situation. The chicken, btw, tastes great! :)

I went in to get my free grilled chicken a la Oprah… Aside from not actually getting the free food, the place was just generally cramped and the construction made it unpleasant. The parking lot also seemed very difficult and didn’t accommodate too many cars. I didn’t go back when I got my rain check coupon.

It’s kind of funny being able to give a drive-thru fast food establishment the same stars I might give, say, a steak house. lol But we give stars based on how great or how crappy each individual place is… it’s not like hotels where you have 2 stars/3 stars/4, etc. So with that said… FOURSTARSFORKFC! Yes, like Apathybill said… this branch has the obligatory bullet-proof glass(check out Jack in the Crack on Pico… same thing…) and thank goodness for that or that chicken recipe for extra crispy would be in villainous hands! Chicken…yummy Mashed taters… well…they don’t SEEM real but run with it. Cole Slaw… DE-lish Corn…wouldn’t know… they ran out. YES… they had NO corn! Not the kernel corn… not the corn on the cob! That would be like McDonald’s running out of french fries! Come on now. The boy behind the glass was so very kind and apologetic about it… even offered us free drinks(which we declined… but THANKS!!). So with that… the loss of corn… you lose one little star!

This is my local KFC. It’s the place I know I shouldn’t eat at, but after 12 hours of digitizing footage for a children’s craft show the things I know are wrong seem less wrong and I am so hungry. I wouldn’t say I eat here too much though which is good because I love KFC and could easily abuse it because of it’s availably or ease of getting. This particular KFC has bullet proof glass protecting the kitchen area from the customers. I’m happy to know that the secret recipe, the 11 herbs and spices are so safe from the criminal element. In fact to get your chicken the KFC employee has to put it in a cylinder and spin it to get it to me the wanter of chicken. No possibility of human contact that could reveal the KFC secrets through DNA testing. The drive through window is the same way except it opens up and presents you with your food and change. The food is always of good quality here and my only gripes is I wish the 3pc chicken tenders meal was under 5 dollars and I wish it was open later.
