KFC

My office is nearby so I eat here sometimes. I walk in, order, pay, fill up my drink, and get my food at the counter. Total time: 2 minutes. Fast food at its best.
The employees are friendly and they are constantly sanitizing everything.
Yeah, I know its just a freaking KFC but its a pretty damn good one ok!

KFC’s mashed potato with gravy and cole slaw are delicious! With Chicken, I just get grilled chicken.

Hot cooked, yummy food at reasonable price. Love their lemonade too! This place has really improved its customer service. They are very friendly and polite. I think the new owners are really making an effort to keep it clean and provide fresh food!

My husband and I live right around the corner from here and one late night we were craving KFC. Being the lazy bums that we are we decided to go to the drive through even though we live not even a block away.
We ordered the 20 piece hot wing combo.
It includes 20 hot wings, 2 large sides, and 4 biscuits for $ 20. Not bad considering a 20 piece alone is $ 15 and one large side is $ 4.
We wait for our food and there was a car pulled over on the side in front of us. I assumed they asked them to pull over to the side since his/​her food was taking a while to prepare. The KFC worker brings out his food but I guess she forgot his drink. She comes to the drive thru window where we are waiting for our food and she starts pounding on the window. Laughing and joking with her coworkers while she tries to get his attention. All while her butt is basically sticking in our car… She could have easily gone inside and gotten the drink herself but chose this route which I feel wasn’t the smartest choice. We finally get our food and leave.
I don’t know if its because of the experience but the food wasn’t up to its standards. The wings were fine and so were the biscuits but the slaw was bland and the gravy was watery. Not coming back.

Quite surprised by how expensive KFC is, but that is of course not unique to this certain spot. Overall a decent place, for what it is. One of us (he who ate the most) got foodpoisoning and staff was kinda «whatever» but you know. That’s just what is expected from a KFC visit.

This kfc has no popcorn chicken, ???
No snack box which is a menu item.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was little, and from all my experiences at KFC, this location had the juiciest and crispiest fried chicken. The ambiance and dining area are a bit dated and old school, but the chicken is the most important!
I love that there is a spacious parking lot right outside, especially in this part of los angeles.
Tip– if you order family meals for take out, make sure to check outside the window for family meal specials!
Tip 2– If you get take out, make sure you get everything before you leave! I have, on several occasions, gone home without my box of biscuits :(

If I’m craving KFC I’ll drive out of my way to get to this one. I’ve always had friendly drive-​thru employees, and on more than one occasion they’ve thrown in a free biscuit when the wait was extraordinarily long. Food is hot and good (it takes a lot for me to say that, considering I don’t eat a lot of fast food) and the wait has never been TOO long. Once the car in front of me was incredibly rude to the drive-​thru lady but instead of having a chip on her shoulder, she was nice to me. The only downside is that the biscuits are doughy and white, barely meet the minimum of being «baked,» but this is a symptom of all KFCs and probably necessary for efficiency.

Good fried chicken personally i dont like they don’t serve Coke drinks come on only Pepsi that’s not good beside that everything is good

Although the food I ordered was not for me this was about the service! I entered the drive thru and was immediately greeted which was nice, also, I was not certain on what I was getting and needed to double check with my daughter and asked the young lady to hang on one second and she was ok with that! When I was ready she came right on the line and took the order. Overall, the food was hot and ready in a timely manner! Goor experience.

Average KFC but their manager is really rude

I love KFC. but man you come here 30 mins before they close and you’re limited to the selection. It’s like playing goldfish at the drive thru window… granted the lady was nice.. But how is that service when I don’t get what I want to eat. not cool

I normally only go to this Kfc location. I have never had a bad experience personally. The staff is always friendly and polite. My food is always good too. I like that it’s not too far and they have parking. The place is pretty clean too.

Worst KFC. Their food is always mushy and warm not really hot. The inside looks like it was from 1986. When I walked in here there was only one guy sitting at a table and yelled to the clerk «YOU GOT A CUSTOMER» (referring to me) as I was about to order the guy comes up and starts a converation with the clerk. as if they didnt have time to talk the whole time before I got there. As if their conversation is more important than my order… IM PAYING HERE. im here to COME IN, GET FOOD, AND GET OUT. NOT WAIT. so screw this place and screw you Sultana. Dont ever come here!!!

Stopped by this location on the way home and ordered a four piece dark meat combo. When I got home I ate 2 pieces with just a bit of potatoes and coleslaw and was full. Within 30 minutes I became sick. Within the next 18 hours I was vomiting and had the runs. I contacted KFC through their KFC Cares email address but have not heard anything back. I will never go back to this location. KFC in Koreatown? Could have been dog meat. UGH!

It is 2^nd time they forgot to put 10pc hot wings in my order!!! They always forget and miss something in my order and make me go back to pick it up!
I am still going there because now KFC taste got better and this location is the closest one. I hope they check what they put in the bag before they give it to the customer!!!

Straight up MAEK-​JAK KFC operated by a bunch of MAEK-​JAKS who can’t tell their ass from their mouth. WORST KFC EVER… and I’ve been to KFC on 4 continents. This is the WORST. DO NOT PATRONIZE.

Only been here once. Went inside to order since it’s been a long long long time since I have been to a KFC. My DH had a craving and I am always happy to oblige, so on one of my weekly trips to Smart and Final on Pico I stopped in here to get him a big fried breast and mashed potatoes and gravy. The potatoes and gravy were as he remembered, and my bites were so yummy! I know it’s totally bad, but it was so good. Those potatoes are just so smooth and white and with the gravy, forget about it! A few bites was all I needed and I was right back in first grade at a church pot luck in the park… comfort food for sure. He loved the fried breast and satisfied his craving for a few years, I’m sure. The biscuit wasn’t the kind my DH liked, I don’t really remember the biscuits, but it was fine and flaky. The kid behind the counter was friendly and cute. And they have the nutrition info listed. The small potatoes aren’t that bad… I must say though… the other customers inside kind of depressed me and reminded me why we don’t eat this regular…, but when we DO have that KFC craving, we know where to go!!!
