denied service. insurance argued i am active and insured but they don’t know how to read eligibility results in the system and refused regardless. so insurance filed complaint on my behalf. had me wait an hour to tell me this. terrible clinic. very skeptical of diana review. person in front of me was also denied. they really do not care about patients or the service and focus is on making sure they can bill your insurance. so much so that even if you have insurance and are active they will not serve you.

Doctors: You know how you can tell the difference between those that are doing for $$, and just those that actually feel they have a purpose to play that role to help others?
Well, this place is it. You can really get a good sense of how much they care about their patient and have a purpose doing it. Doctor Samuel K. K. Chung, M.D. is awesome! Not sure if you know anything about Lincoln Heights LA area, but its ghetto… so their in the middle of it all to really help people and recommend affordable options. A++ to that doctor.
