WORSTSERVICEEVER! My initial visit to this location was nice and one of the male technicians made me feel welcome. The second visit was horrible! All I wanted done were TWO nails repainted and the technicians made me feel as if I were asking for something that could not be done! She half-painted my nails and when I asked for a design(and described what I wanted), she commenced to placing big, bulky stones on my nails, making them look WORSE than when I came in! As she was finishing the first nail I told her that I did not like it and declined the design on the second nail. I paid her and asked for nail polish remover and she began to speak to another technician while looking at me with a disgusted look on her face. I mean, I THOUGHT that I was the paying customer and deserved to get what I asked for and NOT what she wanted to give! This location is less than 5 minutes from my home but I drive 20 – 30 minutes away to get my nails done. Will NOT re-visit this location! COMPLETELY dissatisfied.

Kim at the front is always so nice/super friendly. I always ask for Francis — He really listens to what I want and never lets me down. They’re the BEST!

WORSTPLACEEVER!!! Dirty and unprofessional!!! I could have polished my nails on my own way better… The polish is all over my cuticles like a 8 year old did it!!! Then they had the nerves to have an attitude with me because they did a horrible job… That one star is only bcuz I had to select it to be able to post!!!

Ok so ive gone to this nail salon a few times before. Its just conveniently located for me but yesterday i called to see what time they take their last customers and was told 730 so me and my daughter hurried over. We made it right on time but apparently according to their clock it was 734. Nevermind that the time was wrong on their clock they just simply told me i couldnt be seen. So fyi ladies u must be there 725 if u wanna be seen. I personally wont be going back. My daughter and i were pretty bummed

Gave them 1 stars because EVERYTIME I come here and get my nails done, they never last longer than a week. Nails start falling off and each time I go get a repair another nail ends up falling off. As far as Eyebrow waxing and eyelashes, that’s all I will be getting from here for now on.

Lisa nails during the week was an experience. I had Ms Annie doing my pedicures and she did a excellent job. Sara did my manicure which i wasn’t to happy with but she was willing to fix her mistakes. I told Sara I have limited time today but I can come back thursday. I notified the lady at the front and showed them what she did, she said ok. s Thursday here so i went there after work and there were 2 ladys at the desk. The other lady almost forgot so i showed her my nails. I also requested to have the polish change because the polish she use on monday was to thin. She already put 3 coats of gel polish on my nails and it still could see my nails underneath. The lady said, we will have to charge you because that is like a color change. I said what, do you see how this looks, oh did you have acyrlic nails. I said, never. I said, this doesn’t make any sense. My nails were not polish good, and the polish is all over my cuticles. Why can’t I just change the polish because she already used 3 coats and it still look like it was just one. So I sat at Sara station(she is so calm and very nice) she understood exactly what I was talking about. She remove the gel polished and she went back to the lady and asked her, so I guess the lady went on and did it. And Sara did a great job on nail polish and the color was nice.

I love this place. This is my new shop. I wouldn’t go on the weekends when Im sure it’s crowded but I will be there doing the week. Reasonable prices! And one of the best spa pedis I’ve had so far! Close to freeways. Not too fond of the neighborhood but hey.

I don’t know about the other locations they have, but as for this particular one. a couple of things rubbed me the wrong way. I walked in with my sister for a pedi in the middle of the week. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait(no problem). 10 mins quickly turned into 40. I was stuck in that awkward place between wanting to leave to prove a point & not wanting to leave because I didn’t want to leave empty handed(so to speak) after waiting so long. Finally I was escorted to a technician who I had to instruct to make my nails even, which I shouldn’t have to tell a pro. Water in spa chair was not even lukewarm & it was just an all around average job. It was only $ 13 though… so meh. I can see how anyone who is into elaborate or crazy designs would like this place because they definitely offer that. All things considered, I won’t return but I may try one of their other locations as they are larger I’ve heard & have more technicians readily available.

This place is very popular. It’s an extension of the Lisa’s in Inglewood. The first time I came here it wasn’t that great. I said I was in a hurry and they gave me the new guy. He was slow and didn’t know how to shape my toenails right. He had to ask for help. Thank God she did because I wasn’t going to pay for weird shaped nails. Okay, this second visit was much better. I got in a chair shortly after arriving. I was talked into getting a callus removal(needed it) and sea salt scrub– $ 25. I ended up spending $ 41 in all. The shop itself is large with several spa chairs and 5 nail stations. Wish they had a TV. The staff is nice, but obviously about making that $. Get’em in and out! Is this my go to shop? Not sure yet. Need one more visit to know. But they’re worth giving a try if you haven’t been.

Considering the area, it’s not a bad place to go. Super cheap, a spa pedi is $ 13, regular pedi’s are $ 9. They are fast, efficient, and offer a plethora of designs. They also do cluster last extensions(very popular service)… I thought it was strange they would do it in a chair, having people sitting up and holding a fan so the fumes don’t bug you. Cash and debit cards only. $ 1 service charge for debit purchases less than $ 11 dollars. Open til 8PM.
