Extremely disappointed! I ordered a pepperoni and beef pizza ONLY why would they add mushrooms and pineapple toppings? Plus an over cooked crispy black crust? Not what I asked for, Disgusting! I called for a refund so I could buy elsewhere! Instead whoever answered claims that i cannot get a refund I must return the pizza for them to remake it! Like I chose delivery for a reason meaning as I could NOT pick it up so how do you think I will be able to return it? Besides that she was really rude! Never ordering again!

I placed an order. I called to check what happened to my order. shift manager Alvaro sound like he made up the name said he cancelled the order they don’t take delivery after 9 then he said 10 when I called back and gave him my confirmation number. He tried lying saying that reason his employee called me was to let me know it got canceled when I was the one up call to begging with. Lier bad service don’t care about his job. Gf took the car to work. I can’t go buy food now and I’m starving. «If you want it come get it» just rude what does Pizza Hut think about this manager??? Do not waste your money or time placing any orders from this location. They will always add or forget toppings on your pizza. I have ordered numerous times and there’s always a problem with the pizza just check out the pictures I took from the last order…

OMG when I saw the commercial for the pretzel stuffed pizza so I order one for dinner I couldn’t wait to try this new pizza but as soon as I received it we could not eat it this pizza had way to much salt on the crust and if that wasn’t enough the actual pizza had the salt baked on it that shit tasted horrible so I called the location to let them know and they are so rude they kept telling me we can’t do anything about it. For the record never again will I buy shit from this location from the employees to the managers are so rude…

Ordered online, went and picked it up without an issue. Order was correct and well prepared (cookie was slightly over cooked on the bottom but I didn’t mind, my wife did though). Employees were kind, quick and accurate. Felt alittle bad for the cashier as the guest ahead of me ordered wrong (yes she ordered wrong) she asked for a medium cheese pizza, when they gave it to her they called it out then confirmed twice «1 Medium Cheese pizza» girl says yes takes it, opens the box and flips out «I want pepperonies! Where da pepperonies» lol smh for real…
Based on my experience I would return for picking up my online order, surprised how low rated it is.

Service is pretty good but pizza is horrible. One occasion I found a long strand of hair on one of the slices just nasty. Also it’s like they don’t put enough sauce on and pizza is super dry could’ve just went to Little Caesars if I wanted a dry pizza. They need to teach their employees on how to make a decent pizza. 2 stars from me

I have order from this pizza hut 3 times. And those 3 times they always get my order wrong!
I rather go somewhere else now. Too bad because they live 3 minutes away from my house.
Do not recommend this place!
