I placed my order online and was told that it took 1 hour and call the store to find out what happened to my order and the manager of the shop told me it would take about 20 minutes and I told him that and told me that if I wanted the order whether or not behaved so rudely and told me he has no time to assist me if I wanted to order or not easy and I hung up the phone

Worst customer service ever. I waited for delivery for 45 mins and i called them and said the food was ready, they were just waiting for the driver to come back. I was like why make the food so quick if its just sitting there in the hot box. So i decided to just go pick it up cause i didnt feel like eating it late. Went to pick it up and got my food and it was cold when i got back to my boyfriend place. He just lives down the street and i waited almost an hour for delivery. I am not going to ever ever order here again. I will go somewhere else!

Unfortunately I had to click on ONE star but is deserved ZERO!!! This location is the WORSTEVER!!! I lived in 90042 for over 10 years and always had Pizza Hut. But now… this place is utter torture. The employees lack training and professionalism. I ordered a pizza at 5pm today online. Then, some girl called ONCE to confirm it. Over an hour & a half later nothing. I called them. I was told my order was cancelled by a «JASMINE.» At least that is what«GOAN?» explained. He proceeded to tell me to order AGAIN ha ha ha Really? I asked to speak to the Manager, This man(Goan) said that I had just missed her. I said I would pass the info on to the District Manager and Corporate! He(Goan) said that«this manager» LESLIESMALTZ would do nothing and not bother. He then added that LESLIESMALTZ is also the owner. So, yeah… not ONE apology. NOPIZZA. I did learn that JASMINE lied, as she said she called me twice. Cell phone records would proved otherwise. WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! GOELSEWHERE!

Very unhappy with the customer service. Spoke with a supervisor/manager last night who was rude and uncaring to my situtation. I placed an online order, but called to ask that my chicken be two different flavors. I spoke with someone guy that said ohk it would be fixed. So my order was screwed up when I got it and not what I asked for. I will nit do business with them again, customers are not always rite but u being the supervisor didnt even apologize for the misunderstanding. I felt like he was saying the hell with me and my business. I live on Unilocal,and will continue to give reviews.

Really bad service at this location, I even got sick from posibly rancid food, or employees messing with the food. All becuase they caused issues with the order. they said my pizza would not arrive cold but that’s exactly wht happened. These employees are not honest at none of them could admit to have spoken with me. They canceled my order and delayed my pizza order. it took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. The night I was having stomach problems and the next day threw up and couldn’t hold any food down. Last time I order pizza in the ghetto. I don’t know why it took soo long when pizza Hut is on imperial and avalon. And I was on 114th and central. Prior to that I had an organic meal in downtown. Nothing but high quality food. It’s for certain. That the shitty service and shitty food got me sick. I will make sure word gets out about this incident

Had to wait about two hours for my delivery but the problem was my food was cold upon arrival. I called after my approximate delivery time(1 ½ hrs) and the representative confirmed my food would arrive hot. Received a $ 25 credit after talking with the manager but if this happens again, I’ll stick with Dominos.

First of all, they took longer than listed to deliver my order which I understand bc I know it can get busy. But then they forgot breadsticks in my order which I also understood & wasn’t too upset, called them said they will deliver it, ok fine, 45 mins passed, called them again said they’re not sending orders anymore, so c’mon?! seriously? I told them I was told I will get it delivered and the manager said«I don’t know who told you that» so I just asked for a partial refund & she said she couldn’t but she would give me «$ 10» credit, which is actually $ 5 because what I ordered was $ 5. But I was so disappointed that I never ordered again, so I lost the credit. So pretty much they lost my service :/

Everything was on point. My order was ready at the time the cashier said it would be ready. Very nice clientele. Good customer service.
