Bought two Amstel Lights, bartender Rae charged me $ 65.00. I told her she overcharged me so she told me to call back the next day to make sure they reverse the charge. I’ve been trying to reach general manager Otto for six months now and he’s been ignoring all of my emails and voicemails.

Ok so last night when I got to the club, I went to another line and I said I’m with A#### and the guy said that’s on the other side, I walked to the other side, so the promoter came out, he’s trying to get there attention to let me in… I’m standing there for a good 5 – 7 mins. No one said nothing to me, didn’t even look my way. So these 2 white girls came up! The guy went straight to them, and said how many and who are you with?! The girls said 2 and I said make that 3 because I’m with A#### too!!! And he said oh ok 3 and then I said I been standing here for like 10 mins waiting. And some other idiot said, what! And he said that happens sometimes. Really?! If he would of came to me first and said something even know those girls came, then it would of been different. But to go straight to them, I should of just walked away…
At the end of the night I told that guy I’m comfortable with who I am. It’s stupid, the promoter is black! I hate for to think of it being about race, but that’s what it seems like… smh

Absolutely the worst nightclub in LA. Never ever get a table here. My friends and I got a table here and 1 they did not secure our table area. Everyone and anyone was able to come in the table section. and 2 the hostess rarely came to see if we needed anything. Additionally the dj we wanted to see only played for 8 mins after security guard rudely told him to leave. This place has no regard for customer service and is only interested in making $$. For a great night club go to create they know how to make you feel like a VIP and will do everything to make you happy. I personally will never be returning to this horrid place.

Whatever promotion you see or hear from this club, just remember its always a scam. This place will associate with third party sites and even there own and promote free guest list. Well, there is no such thing as free when it comes to this club and I have never encountered this problem in San Diego.
Security here are a bunch of chickens running with their heads chopped off speaking to earpieces that seem like its disconnected because none of them seem to know whats going on or how to handle an issue.
Overall, go to San Diego and have a much better time. You can get on the guest list and not expect to pay or be hassled around.
If you cant make it to San Diego, theres a club on the other side of this building that is free to get in and it a pretty awesome spot.

Rudest door guy ever. We came with Hollywood club crawl and they would by let us in even though we had those stupid wristbands they tried to act like they had no idea what the club crawl is even though it happens every weekend. So rude.

No stars deserved. Security staff is very disrespectful, specially towards women. I wasn’t even drinking and these guys treated everyone in the line like Sh*%+. Don’t go to this club, read all the reviews first, I wish I would’ve done that… We were 6 people and all of us felt that it wasn’t worth it. Only one went in and she left for the same reason. The rest of us left after we saw how the bouncer was treating prospective clients. (Dec 5^th 2015). And because we have self-​respect we left. This club will close soon if they don’t get decent humans to work for them and treat clients as they should, with respect. That’s all we were asking for… Fyi, i’ve never written a bad review but this place deserves it. There are better places in town, save yourself a bad trip.

LOVE THIS CLUB! We always get in for free and are able to sit at a promoters table. We just pay the tip which is not that much. The music is a mixture of Hip Hop and EDM so it’s a fun environment. They are very strict with closing at 2am so they will start turning the lights off and kicking everyone out. And everyone needs to try those hotdogs outside the club !

This place is gross. Be prepared to get shitty service and dirty looks from the staff. Just give them your all money for shitty drinks and a dirty club.

In a word, this place is hell!!!
I was a little bit tipsy when I got there, they asked $ 50 per person for cover and cash only. I wasn’t quite understand what’s going on there. At the end of the day, I paid $ 150 for three for no reason. After I got back home, my friends told me they got in paying $ 20 by card. I think those girls might take those money and left. That place is packed and crowded. I barely can walk and many people step on my feet. what are those securities are doing? My friend’s phone was stole and handbag was cleaned up, everything was gone. I’ll never ever get close to that shit.
I need an explanation.

Celebrated Halloween here last night had a awesome time the music was great had a great time no drama. . We might have to come back

first. dj cobra needs to stop talking to people around him and do his thing… sorry sir but you seemed kinda high last night nd you were playing songs that are on repetitions…
2^nd, the place seem untidy… i dont wanna say the «ghe» word but yeah…
but hey you know what this review should not influence anyones thinking, most reviews are fake and done by robots, google that.

Club Lure is the perfect name for a place that reels you in with a fun night on a hook and you get nothing but a ruined night. I have a list of complaints but I will keep it quick and painless.
I came in through Ivar St. between Sunset and some other street. As soon as I walked in I got slammed with a cloud of smoke from the lounge area.
Strike 1: Not well ventilated in the indoor smoking area.
Walked in large bar to my right big enough for 20 people to comfortably gather around then it had VIP areas on both sides of the club which is normal. I walked a few steps and more VIP couches in the center between the stages slash VIP area and large bar. So if you could imagine a rectangular room with VIP booths along 3 walls and the other wall have doorways on each side and a bar in the middle. But wait they dropped two sets of VIP white couches for 6 groups in the middle. So you might be thinking where is the dance floor? There was none. People danced in the walkways surrounding these VIP areas like sardines I guess that’s how they got the name of the club because you’re treated like fish.
Strike 2: No dance floor at a night club intended for dancing.
Luckily we had a booth and bottle service so we had our own area but we had a lot of friends visiting and it got crammed quick because of the lack of dance floor. So me and my wife decided to give the dance walkway a chance but found out that you get constantly pushed and elbowed by men and women trying to walk through, what a surprise. Also bouncers had their little flashlights waving on one side of the room because it is the only way to get to the guys bathroom. Now I have gone to plenty of clubs in my life and this crowd was crazy rude not one person gave me a «my bad» «excuse me» «sorry» or «watch out.» Both men and women would just shove themselves all around us and my wife got the same lack of respect so we walked away in order to avoid a court case.
Strike3: No proper crowd control or walkways for any of the rude customers.
Finally I was reminded of my high school days when I noticed a trial of throw up leading to the men’s bathroom and the men’s bathroom floor covered in vomit. When I went to the section of the bathroom that had 5 urinals and one out of order covered in a trash bag. I saw a random trash can wedged next to a urinal by the wall, why is that there? Oh yeah, it’s for the guy who ran in to throw up while some other guy is trying to relieve himself. Perfect.
Strike 4: They had nasty bathroom conditions and nasty floors everywhere inside the club.
So I think I am done mentioning all the stuff the bartenders, security, owners, and decorators could have controlled. The people that night could be completely different another night and I notice they have a patio area that was not available so I got stuck with this bad experience, sorry.

Was there last night and we had a blast! Dj kamoflage and DJ Inferno were awesome! Security and staff were great, clubs décor was beautiful! Felt like Vegas haha! Very diverse crowd which I loved! Girls get in free, guys cover charge was $ 40(kinda high) But overall we loved it and hope to be back!

Walking into the club and the music was playing I was thinking «this is gonna be a good night». As the night progressed DJ Clinton Sparks did not perform as I assumed from the beginning of the night. I loved that he played hip hop and edm mash ups, but dang the music was not mixing very well. It was hard to dance and you lost your rhythm on the dance floor. There is no way this guy can be a «professional» DJ. I really was trying to make the best of the music, but it really was hard to enjoy it.
I came here with friends and we had bottle service so that was two thumbs up, a definite must when you’re here. And we all felt that the DJ kind of sucked. We all were looking forward to shaking our tails off.
Aside from the awful music and the great bottle service, the people are a different story. I saw several incidents where people were getting booted from the club or disagreements between the staff and guests. I guess that’s Lure for you.

We come to this club often due to the pretty good music and due to our promoter, Ray. He always comes through for us (unlike some promoters we’ve dealt with before). I definitely recommend contacting him if you decide to come here.
The reason why I took off two stars is because of the shallow, annoying bouncers. Every single time I come here, they are always making some sort of judgmental remark such as «Are you kidding? You’re trying to get these girls in for free, but look at them — they’re all big.» I understand Hollywood is shallow and transparent when it comes to their clientele, but still. That’s ridiculous. They have everyone wait in line for a good 15 – 20 minutes too.

We called in advance for a friend’s birthday. Free entry and bottle service and we were told we’d get a table for her birthday… what we weren’t told was it was along with 5 other groups. The promoter bounced early and we didn’t have enough drinks by 11.
Can’t complain about free though, I suppose. Just wish we wouldn’t have the group of strangers spilling drinks or if the promoter could make an introduction or explain that he double – no – quintiple booked us.
Parking is also $ 20.
I appreciate businesses that are more straight up.

Came here as part of a club crawl. Showed up slightly late due to an outfit malfunction of someone in my group. The girl bouncer refused to let us in. My buddy bribed her with $ 100 dollars and she eventually let us in.
No one was really dancing inside and it was really hot so my friend and I stepped out for some air. We were hanging out near the door and when we went to go back in we were told we would have to go through the girl bouncer again. Not a problem I thought, but she wouldn’t let us in.
We called our friends inside and they said one of the girls wasn’t feeling well. We thought maybe she just got too drunk, but it was clear something more was going on. She had apparently been drugged in the 25 minutes were there.
All in all really terrible. Hopefully they treat their patrons a little better. If they would have focused on keeping roofies out of their club instead of people who showed up late maybe it would have been a decent night.

This place is horrible with music and the bottle service and VIP entry is a total joke/​waste of time and money! If you go here don’t bother paying for bottles because your money will be stolen!
It is also extremely dirty. When the club opened up for the night life, they didn’t bother to even clean up!

The outside part is very cool. I dig that space, more of a «lounge-​y» area. The club – meh.
Drinks are overpriced, what’s new in hollywood, but this place is overpriced and the alcohol evaporates out of your drink before you get a chance to consume it.
Staff /​bartender= no complaints there.
I didn’t pay to get in, but heard some paying $ 20 – 40 to get in, f@$! that, not worth the cover. But free, it’s ok

Essa é o tipo de boate vip em Hollywood. Muita gente linda, magra, famosa e etc. Só música eletrônica até o dia amanhecer muitas vezes, 40,00 pra entrar sem direito a nada e as bebidas todas carissimas.
É um bom jeito de terminar a night por aqui ou começar…
Pode fumar lá dentro aonde você quiser, isso é ótimo!
