This clinic sucks, it’s like getting 3^rd world treatment in an industrialized country. The patient is the one who needs to leave messages to follow up regarding one’s health. Everytime I go there all they care about is receiving $ 20 co-​pay. Even w/​an appointment you wait 1 hour-​90 minutes to see the doctor and it gets better, everytime I go there I don’t see my assigned doctor, I see a new doctor everytime since most doctors at this facility are 2^nd, 3^rd or 4^th year med students. Recently, I got sick and had to go there 3 times in 3 week period and ultimately my Mom is the one that points out to the doctor that I might have a thyroid problem since my neck is swollen. They send me home w/​o any medication asking me to come back for a possible thyroid follow up in 2 weeks. After 2 days I end up at Cedars Sinai ER who tell me that I do have hyperthyroidis but have to follow through w/​my primary physician since I am currently w/​above referenced family medical group, good luck w/​that. Very poor follow through, will have to change physician!

Receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. She will not return your phone calls. I left 5 or 6 messages and never heard back so I wasn’t even able to make an appointment. Ultimately, I had to change my primary care physician.
