First and foremost, I love everything I have tried at Mina’s ice cream. From the tortas de tinga (tender chicken with a pinch of spice), mangoniadas, tejuino, aguas frescas, the ice cream and the raspados. Every time I go to Mina’s I have a difficult time choosing an item, because everything is oh so delicious!!! I promise you will love anything you try!
Last, let’s not forget about the customer service, Mina (the owner) is very kind and makes sure you leave happy.

My friend took me to this spot in LA. I had one of the best tortas! Tender meat, perfect amount of spice and when a sandwich has queso fresco it’s an A+ in my book!

finally! working around this area has its advantages! After combing the area to find a place near my work that offers fresh pressed juices, smoothies, fruit bowls and wait for it… HOMEMADE ICECREAM !!! I am so relieved to have found Mina’s! So to all you health nuts who are tired of eating at that same taco truck for lunch, i definitely recommend you stop by and treat your body to some healthy, wholesome goodness! And if you are feeling real naughty Minas also has tortas, tostadas, raspados, and those crazy hybrid mexican snacks im too scared to try! And if all of this doesnt draw you in, just stop in and speak to Mina, she is super sweet and always eager to please! So grateful to have found this place!
