Last time I bought my bed and sofa from here, the lady was really nice and kind. I came back few days ago, she made a really good deal for me. =) No bed bugs whatsoever for me. Perfectly clean and new!!!

Though I cannot 100% sure the bedbugs in my room come from the mattress bought from this shop, I have strong evidence. We live in a 45 units apartment which do not have beg bug report in the past year. Recently, two girls live in different unit (far from each other) report bed bugs bit in the same week. Both of them bought mattress from this furniture shop one or two weeks ago.
When we argued with the shop owners, they are not surprised about the bed bugs and said it happens every year. (They means they sale many mattress every year. It always happens that several of the sold mattress are reported have bed bugs)
They also told us the mattress we bought is a used one, but we are not informed when we buy them. They only told us this mattress does not have warranty with an example: if the spring is broken two years later, they won’t fix it for us.
Within the talking, they insist for several times that bed bugs is only a piece of cake and refused to feel sorry about it. Now, at least 7 units in our apartment are infected with bed bugs, and today is the fourth time pest control company comes to our apartment to treat the bed bugs. At least four persons have severe anaphylactic reaction to bed bug bit and their lives are serious influenced.
