Atmosphere: Phoever Yum is brightly lit and very clean. When I went in there was only one server and she seems like the one that busses the tables too. Everything is organized and spotless on the table, hats off to her. Service: Like I said there was only one server at the time I went and she did a great job at serving all the tables when they needed service, including me. I overheard many korean people demanding things from her without any please’s and thank you’s and she answered back in the kindest voice throughout my whole stay. Food came out at a reasonable time and water was refilled. Food: The accessories were really nice(onions and the little bowl of cilantro). Many other phở places skimp out on cilantro and/or charge onions for a plate of raw onions. The phở was good, really good considering the place is 24⁄7. The broth I felt was a little weak(maybe the beef wasn’t boiled enough in the main pot of broth or not enough msg?), but the ratio of meat made it all worth while. At 9.50 for the bowl of phở it’s hard to say that this place can be a regular spot for me for phở because most places average 7. I have a hunch that a dollar is added for valet(which I did not use), but i’ll have to clarify that on my next visit. TL;DR: Clean, bright, and organized restaurant. Great service. Food is great. Price is a little high for phở, but it’s okay because it’s a 24⁄7 spot.

Food is good but the will over charge you. Make sure you check your bill on what your paying for. I ordered a #3 which on the menu it said $ 8.35. That’s all I ordered. On my bill was $ 9.95 then another $ 1.00 the total then what looked like $ 1.00 tax. And she acted like there was nothing wrong. Im Never going there again! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there but if you do pay attention to your bill.

Pretty good phở. Pretty spacious and parking is valet $ 1. The service is ok when u dine in and the Togo service is great. I usually ask for uncooked noodles so I could cook it at home. They are not stingy with the sauce so that’s great.

Just decided to drop by after work for a late dinner. Their fried rice is amazing! Didn’t get to try their phở noodles, but I will save that for next time. Great service too!

I’ve been here many times previously. Went in last night at 230am for some phở. The door clearly states they are open until 3am, and I’m privy to the knowledge it doesn’t take 30 mins to prepare phở, and eat. I walk in and the lady with short dark hair, and glasses gives me the«what the F#$k do you think you’re doing» look. She proceeds to just stare at the clock hanging on the wall. I say, «yeah, but there’s still 30 mins left». She replies in a very angry rude voice«Fine, what do you want?!». I told her forget it and walked out. She follows me out and aggressively slams the door and locks it. This used to be my favorite place, and I always leave $ 10 for the tip(I work in the service industry). The lady during the day is super polite and amazing, but this one experience ruined it for me. Side note: now that I think about it the night lady is always super rude

I don’t like phở so i haven’t tried it, but the fried rice and noodles were delicious, the server was older lady and she was very friendly and nice

Phoever Yum? More like«Phoever Yuck». Omg absolutely disgusting, the worse phở experience I’ve ever had. CONSIDERYOURSELFWARNED. Also they go by «Phở Yum» 1) Non-extant menu items. 2) rank tasting fish balls and squid in the phở. 3) shrimp in phở soup was full of sh*t literally… they hadn’t even bothered to remove the boo boo vain. 4) I ordered a beef bahn mi sandwich which had one tough burnt slice of beef, no picked cucumber, radish or carrots. Instead it had come slaw style iceberg lettuce piled thicker than the bread and it was drowning in mayonnaise(I’ll post pix). The waitress couldn’t answer any of my questions about the food. And even had the nerve to tell me that if I ordered something I had to pay for it weather I liked it or not. I should have seen that as a major red flag. I will never come back ever again. Do yourself a favor: RUNFAR far far from this place.

I come here for breakfast. Don’t know why, but Phở is just soooo good in the morning. They give you a good portion of meat and noodles. They also give you a crap ton of cilantro, onions, and bean sprouts. Mmmm sooo good, but whew your clothes stink for the rest of the day.

Bad service! Came here late night because they were the only place open. There was one lady worker who did not know how to speak to a customer politely and professionally. My boyfriend and I asked for soy sauce she looked at us surprised and brought one single packet of soy sauce for both of us, when we asked for a few more packets she looked at us and said«waaaaww really»… I’m not even exaggerating… LOL phở was Very bland and steak looked odd. I found piece of styrofoam in my water… Place did not look sanitary. Due to the bad experience we didn’t feel like they deserved a tip so we paid out check and the lady had the nerve to run after us and say no tip? Loool I will not be coming back

Great soup and great service. they are not playing games with the onions. I love the quantity of onions they serve as a side. It is the right amount of everything. I came over on the night of dec 24 and the lady on shift was the most attentive and helpful person I haven’t seen for a while. And I think the best part is that this place is open 24 hours.

I’ve been here a couple times since my last review and my last take out order was gross. Look at this nasty spring/summer roll I had. I took a bite and it was all shredded lettuce.

One of the worst phở experiences ever! Not only is the service terrible, but the attitude of the lady serving is worse. I mean, How do you get phở wrong? And after an experience where we had to ask for water(and still not getting any) and go to another table for spoons, I decided to leave a min amount of tip to which her reaction was to come outside to the parking lot and throw the tip back at me saying, «is this my tip? I don’t need tip!» Wow! Instead of self reflecting as to what she could do better, it was MYFAULT for not paying her the tip she wanted. There’s a reason why the ratings are so low.

I used to love this place, but the past two times I’ve visited, I’ve been told that things on the menu are wrong. Some dishes are listed with a «includes soup» icon, but when I asked for soup, I was refused(until I argued and argued). A second instance, I tried to get the $ 3.00 bowl of noodle soup to go with my order. I was told that 1) it’s actually $ 3.50, and 2) they won’t make it to go. None of that shit is on the menu!!! The food here is great, particularly the spect seafood soup, but the menu and service is just too unreliable for me to bother with this place again.

***NEVERCOMINGBACKAGAIN*** Ive been here many times over the last couple of years. Great food but today we had the worst customer service ever! My fiancée, mother in law, and i came to enjoy a warm chicken phở. Well let me tell you I’ve never had such a horrible service ever! We had to ask the waitress multiple times to bring us an extra plate and utensils! Really utensils? This should always be on the table! Customers should not have to ask for utensils! Next every phở place i have gone they automatically give you cups and a jar of water. The server brought us our food with nothing to drink she didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted anything to drink! I had to get up and asker her for water and she brought 1 cup of water for 3 peoples? Really did she expect us to all share? i had to get back up and tell here that there was three people on the table and that she brought only one cup! Then my fiancée had to ask her again for a fork since she had not yet brought it. Well after halfway eating our food guess what she brings the check! really??? How rude! We sure didn’t have to ask for that! Well to top it off the lady had the audacity to ask if we where going to leave the tip on the table or charge the card. I told her no tip and she got mad and told us we had to clean the table! Really i thought tips where optional. Well she went to her post and when we got up she yelled at us to clean the table? How rude and humiliating! She got lucky we didn’t get to her level and made a scandal! Well i am beyond mad at the service and how unprofessional the server was!

I have come here on few occasions and the quality of food has gone down and service is always so slow but I don’t blame the workers I blame the owner for not hiring more help. I came here to pick up food a few times and literally waited over 45 minutes. I felt so bad for the worker because she had to take phone calls, orders, take the food to the customers all by herself and seemed very overwhelmed. I really felt bad & wanted to help her so I didn’t even get upset when she couldn’t take my order for about 10 – 15 minutes. This is just wrong! The worst summer rolls I have ever tasted! Not going back unless something drastic changes with management & food!

Phở Dac Biet(house special) definitely changed from the time I ate it a year ago, but the amount that they give is decent. Wish they can give more meat because they have a lot of noodle instead of meat to fill me up! Minimum credit card charge of $ 10 dollars Korean owners mom and pop shop. Decent cleanliness. I think there’s valet service after 6pm in the parking lot which sucks. I’ll park in the streets instead for free and walk here!

Try their #1 Special Phở and Beef Bahn Mi! I’m eating the sandwich right this very second and it’s just so, so good. I know I gotta make this review right away. The meat is juicy and is very flavorful. It’s packed with veggies and altogether make a wonderful combination. Loved it! Also the server is so sweet. Service is 5 out of 5. Place is not as nice and as clean though. But food aside, YUMYUMYUM!

It’s a 2 star phở shop but they are open until 3am … so they really aren’t bad for late night phở, especially in this part of LA. I had phở tai with the steak on the side; the broth is little bland, but I’ve definitely had worse. Not too much MSG, if that bothers you. However they don’t give you enough herbs, just tons of bean sprouts and onions. The fried rice is actually wayyyyyy tastier than the phở. They make it with fish sauce so it’s lighter than your regular soy sauce fried rice. If I come back, I would prioritize getting the fried rice over the phở, although ordering both to share is a good call if you’re here after a night of drinking. Prices are decent for the portion size. Service is sloooow but what can you expect after 2am. I would come back if I were nearby and craving phở late night.

The phở and summer rolls were alright, nothing to write home about. What concerned me was the multitude of black particles found at the bottom of my Vietnamese coffee, which I noticed once I was almost finished with my drink. ???
