Long story short, they messed up my order 4 times, once again they messed up my order today. Never coming back here again.

The customer service stinks. I ordered a pizza at 857pm and it arrived around 930ish. I dig into my Pizza and ITWASHORRIBLYDRYTHEREWASNOSAUCEATALL I pulled up the cheese to see if they had even attempted to put sauce on it THEREWASHARDLYANYSAUCEALL I SAWWASWHITEDOUGH and to top it off There was a fat strand of hair under the cheese. I called the store and informed the guy who answered the phone, he caught an attitude and said«ugh hold on» he placed me on hold for a minute and then came back to the phone and said«my manager isnt here right now she went to the store call back in 2 minutes» … Excuse me what? Its almost 10pm what store is your manager at? Liar! So he hangs up on me and i called back, this time a girl picked up and i asked to speak with a manager, she said«yea sure ok» placed me on hold and then hung up the phone on me. I called back a third time and someone literally picked up the receiver and put it back down. They hung up again. I called about 10 times and 5⁄10 they hung up on me and the other times they just let the automatic machine place me on hold. This is unacceptable and poor customer service, i will be calling today to speak with a manger first thing in the morning as soon as the store opens I spend my hard earned money at this store and this is what im served?! I work in customer service and this is not the way to resolve an issue!

Warning, do not order wings around 2pm because the wings in this time is really bad. Its not that hard to spot this place. They have great decors too, the inside is also decent enought for us to eat. They serve decent meat lovers, the marinara sauce is delightful. I enjoyed the pizza, really great.

Not going to comment on the quality of the food because… Pizza Hut. Ordered online w/a special 2-medium pizzas for $ 6.99/each promotion very easy on my bank account. Loaded up a couple of maxed out custom pizzas with the funky pizza building app and the order system informed me that it would take 49 minutes to get here. 20 minutes later I heard a voice calling«PIZZA!!!» from outside my apartment window. My guess is he expected me to meet him downstairs? Ran to put some pants on and by the time I had made it to the door the delivery guy had come up the stairs ready with pen, pizza, and all this extra red pepper and parmesan I didn’t ask for. Both pizza’s were hot, had everything on them they were supposed to, and came well before the prospective arrival time. Did I mention it was a Saturday night at peak pizza party hour? Yes, I am eating pizza hut and writing Unilocal reviews on a Saturday night… but if you’re reading this then you’re one of us.

I order here because it’s the closest to my home but this place sucks. The staff who takes the orders are rude and have no phone etiquette what so ever and tonight, they delivered cold pizza which took over the forty minutes they said it was going to take! Please change your staff and management or I will no longer be going there and we order at least twice a week!

Pizzas are pretty much always came out good. But the service is pretty much always bad. If you ordered online, then you’re safe. But if you’re trying to order in the store, expect them to be impatient & ignorant about their own menu. The girl who helped me was rushing & inattentive. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Maybe this location only loves to serve Hispanic community. I love Pizza Hut. So I’ll definitely come back. But only when I’ll be able to order online. Management should look into this

Whenever I call, and place an order for delivery. The representative is so rude! I know how hard it is to work at a busy place, but they shouldn’t treat customers this rude! My first call was the guy who take my info and ask for my order is so rude! I just asked him if they have any special on going on he answered me «No there Nothing!» In a very rude tone in his voice! So I just decide to order pizza somewhere else. Today,(01-25-2015)(4:00pm) I try to order again and this guy that asked my info shouted«I need address» before I can place order. I was just asking for the deal they have online. pizza hut you’ll loose customers for this kind of employee. Sure they’re tired, but They still need to get the patience because it’s their jod!

They have a very different staff attitude, i ordered to pick up and went to place, paid for it but even though there are 4 people standing and doing nothing, and my food was just waiting there, they just made me wait for minutes and chatted instead…

My review is mostly for delivery. I haven’t had any problems with carry out at this location. I live less than a mile away from this franchise, so I’m surprised that delivery turns into a clusterF every time. Today was just the last straw before creating the review. Driver was nice, that’s not the issue. The issue is with the policies they teach the driver to adhere to when working. 1) Driver did not follow directions on receipt. They screamed for me from the street rather than calling as directed. WTF? 2) I payed with Visa Checkout. This is a third party payment processor product not unlike Paypal. The driver asked for my credit card to rub off on the receipt. This should not be policy when paying with Visa Checkout. Technically speaking Pizza Hut should have NO idea which visa or credit card I used because I used VISACHECKOUT to pay for my pizza. Visa Checkout PAYS them. I can understand if someone paid straight through the system with a credit card(credit card rubbing onto receipts), but the whole fucking point of Visa Checkout is to load various cards into the account such that the MERCHANT has no idea which card you’re using. It’s actually a nice safety measure to contain the number of times your card is used. Fix this policy or instruct your drivers not to record credit cards used as a part of Visa Checkout. If my card is cloned(as this has happened before) you will be seeing me in court. It’s 2014 people, you don’t need to rub the credit card on the receipt. No more delivery, F that. I’m also taking a P.H. vacation from carry out too. Good bye. PS, the bacon cheese stuffed crust should really be renamed dough folded over disgusting flavored cheese with a slathering of bacon that can only be viewed with a microscope. Don’t order this POS pizza.

I recently ordered pizza(obviously) from this place. I called for delivery and an employee by the name Rolando helped me. I could tell he was new but was really friendly and helpful. Placed my order and was told it would take 30mins(not too bad). Then comes the delivery guy… Jorge. Let me tell you this guy was an a**. He called letting me know he there and was very rude saying«hurry», I know he’s in a rush but really? Not only was he 15mins late, I could’ve swore I saw someone else in his car(possibly his friend), but boy was I upset which is why I give this place a 3 star.

Ask for Albert! He is great! Very very patient! I am super picky and really indecisive. Especially when it comes to food. I decided to order the box-2 medium pizzas, wings and breadsticks. Naturally, I needed my wings with extra sauce and I like them crispy! Switched my sauce options a few Times, but Albert was really patient! I order from them often& they have yet to disappoint. Fingers crossed!

The staff inside seem nice I never order delivery cause I imagine all the places take long time. The parking is small dirty and looks dangerous, but your pizza is ready on time.

I usually order Dominos or my local pizzeria but today I thought ‘ah, what the hell. haven’t had a pan pizza in a while.’ Bad decision. The order was correct and came on time but when the delivery guy came, he arrived at the wrong address. Instead of waving to me or calling out, he waits for me to call. Delivery guy answers, sounding annoyed, I’m here! Ok. I spot him and he waits. Ok, I decide I’ll walk across the intersection to get my pizza. First thing he says«Let me see your credit card.» Uh. ok, what’s up your ass? So anyway, I pay for it, decide not to thank him and then make the trek back to my building. Pretty crappy, I didn’t feel good about that exchange at all. Taste of the pizza was 2 out of 5 stars. Soggy crust, luke warm Pepsi. Never again… never again.

If I could give a zero star, this would be it… I’m sad to say that this was my WORSTPIZZAEXPERIENCEEVER! The events: 1) I placed the pizza order online and was told it would be ready for carryout at 6:50pm. 2) Upon arriving at Pizza Hut, I waited for 8 minutes to be acknowledged by the worker. Ugh. Slightly irritated. 3) Finally, I was told my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes because they were«running behind.» Okay, okay… I can handle this. A little more irritated. 4) 10 minutes later…20 minutes later…30 minutes later… waiting…waiting…really getting irritated and wishing I had just gone to Dominos. 5) OMG it’s a miracle! At 7:30pm I received my pizza — 40 minutes late. 6) Relieved to finally have my pizza, I drove home while attempting to shake off my irritation. But NO! When I got home and plopped down on the couch to enjoy the pizza I saw that they messed up my uncomplicated order too(a single large pizza). WTF Pizza HUT??? To top it off, their customer service was HORRIBLE. I got a quick«sorry» as I was leaving, but there was no attempt at all to allay the situation at any time during the 40 minutes I waited. Normally, I wouldn’t even bother writing a review about this type of thing. But seriously, find another pizza joint. This place is crap.
