Plot Brokers

We listed our property with Heide and in less than 3 months it was sold and paid. Yes it was a prime plot in desired FL Hollywood Hills, but we had tried selling on our own before and no takers. I believe the exposure and focused service of Plot Brokers is what sold our property and we could not be happier. Thank you!

UPDATE: After posting this review Baron has explained the process to me and has also moved my listings to the «Plus» package which will make the property stand out more on the website. He has also promised to add a photo to the listing. We are both hoping the plots sell soon.
It’s been over two years since I listed my plots with Plot Brokers and they have not sold. When I asked what we need to do they told me that I could list them on Craigslist. NOW I could have done that myself now couldn’t I?
They have all the paperwork so if I do sell them myself on Craigslist it would have to go through Plot Brokers and they would get their cut.

My wife and I listed our plots for Forest Lawn with Baron and Heidi at Plot Brokers. They didn’t sell right away, but with their perseverance they had them sold and we received our check right away once the paperwork was finalized. That isn’t the main reason for my review. Some paperwork that was very important to me had been misplaced by another company, but Baron told me he would find it and did. He then had it mailed to me and is now back in my possession. Baron, Heidi and Plot Brokers did everything they told me they would do from start to finish. I am very pleased with their professional work ethic, and would recommend them to anyone I know looking for their type of services.

I listed two cemetery plots at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills through them and got it sold within a year. I just filed some paperwork like power of attorney and my deed and set a price within their guidelines. They sent me the check in the mail once the transfer is done. Thanks so much. The quotes they gave me are higher than the local brokers. I would recommend buyers go through them instead of directly to the cemetery.

The owner contacted me and tried to make things right. In the end, after all is said and done I really appreciated that and it made me look a little differently about this small owned company.
Maybe a miscommunication? He cleared some things up and left me satisfied.

What can I say? I went through a tough time when my mom decided not to be buried in the plot we had purchased for her and to respect her wishes of cremation we had to reach out and find help. Baron was so kind to my family and his compassion for what we were going through at the time was something I never experienced with another company (even the cemetery we purchased the plot from). Even though it wasn’t all about the money at the time but doing what was right for my mother, we got back more than we had been quoted by the cemetery and more than what was being offered on craigslist for similar plots. Since then I’ve gone back and was able to purchase a plot of my own and this experience was even more pleasant. The plot brokers are very easy to work with, they are amazing at finding beautiful resting places and have been some of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with especially in regards to such delicate matters. I’m eternally grateful that I found the plot brokers.
