The chick I got butchered my eyebrows. I have naturally thick dark eyebrows that are pretty easy to clean. Low arch. They are now completely uneven. Jagged and look like two upside down sharpppppppp check marks. Never again.

I think this place is rated high only because they have this deal 3 $ off when you review them. The service was simple, my eyebrows looks the same after threading. At least this is how I feel

First time customer. I asked to have my brows cleaned up, without any shaping or thinning. I was also in a hurry. They were friendly and did excellent work. I will return.

I have been going to Prime Brows for almost for two years now. The owner Ruby is amazing and Riji is the most amazing and talented threaded that I have ever met. The whole staff treats you on a personal level and calls you by name. If you are in the L.A. area, especially the West Hollywood area, make sure to check this gem out.

Ive been trying to find a place that would shape my brows while keeping it thick. Check out my picture. My eyebrows are naturally full and random places Ive been to in the past either make it really thin or a shape i do not really like.
Service: I was helped by Ruby, and she was so sweet! I do not know much about brows, but she did exactly what I wanted, to keep my thick brows! She always asked me if the shape was ok which I really appreciated! Other places just finish threading my eyebrows, give me the mirror, then Bam! I wonder where it all went! Anyways, I would recommend her for all your eyebrow needs!

Such a gem! I can’t say too many places are a one stop shop but whether you’re looking for a facial, wax, threading this is the place. Ruby, the owner, is super warm and welcoming and extremely thorough with her waxing techniques. She offers a variety of wax for your skin type and preference. Hard wax, soft wax, wax for sensitive skin. She has it all. I’ll definitely be back!

Riji was phenomenal. I went in with sparse brows that actually had a chunk taken out by a previous waxing about 8 weeks ago. Didn’t have high hopes. Well, a miracle happened. Somehow they were thicker, shaped, and no thin spot where they were previously growing back. Riji really listened, and took her time to make them just right. Wish I lived here, will definitely come back when I’m in LA. Thank you Riji!

Cannot praise this place enough! They do excellent work with threading in a very clean environment. Riji always does a terrific job.
If you are needing a good facial, they are also very good. They will evaluate your skin type and provide treatment that works for you, not just a standard harsh peel n’ pop. They have great packages if you want to buy multiple services. This place is a real gem.

If you want impeccable service in relaxing atmosphere, this place does the trick. They are so friendly and accommodate me when I’m in a rush. It’s clean, comfortable and inviting. They always seem like experts at what they do. I dread going to get my errands done sometimes, but my experience is always positive.

Like many women, I have had a tumultuous journey with my eyebrows. This place is worth the drive and money.

I came across prime brows earlier today and went in as a walk in I really thought I was going to be there for long, I was in a hurry because I had to go into work and I ask the lady (her name was RiJi) if it will take long she said not at all although that’s what everyone says but she actually knew what she was doing.
I know you can’t rush perfection but in this case it was the other way around she was quick, lovely, and did a good job on my eyebrows. I’m actually really satisfied with her work, It was $ 17 not included tip but worth it. I will most definitely go back to her

Riji is amazing! I have been going to her for years now and I get compliments on how perfect my brows are all the time. I get my lashes tinted also which is my secret to make my green eyes pop. Everyone should try it you will be in love.

Amazing brows
I visited prime brows for the first time this past Saturday. I originally went in for waxing, but after meeting the owner I decided try threading because it is more gentle on the skin.
I have to be honest I’m a sissy when it comes to threading. I had a terrible experience at another salon that freaked me out. But there was something amazing about Rudy, the owner, that made me give threading another shot and I am so happy I did! My brows look amazing I could not be happier! I will definitely be a returning costumer! This salon is a true gem

Last Saturday, I was in Hollywood hitting the Canyon and then off to lunch with two of my friends after lunch we walked down Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood, and I was told by my friends to try this particular place out, because I mean I needed the threading.
I was recommended by my friends to have Ruby thread and shape my eyebrows, and wow, did she do an amazing job. It is a bit costly (i have to admit), but the after results showed for itself. I paid $ 20, but well worth it, I did not feel rushed like other threading places and I felt very relaxed in Ruby’s chair.
I asked Ruby what does she recommend for me (as this place offers products for around the eyes); as I have dark puffyness around the bottom of my eye lid, and first was told what causes it; which possibly is lack of sleep and sun exposure (without wearing sun protection), So she recommended this product IMAGE SKINCARE (Vital C-​Hydrating eye recovery gel), helps with dry, dehydrated, tired eyes, fine lines and puffy eyes. Love this recommendation, been using it for the past few days and seems to be working. Thanks Ruby.
What is great about this business, is they offer a Loyalty Card and with 10 stamps collected im assuming there is a discount for the 11^th service or free at that, I will see once I get through all 10 stamps.
I will return for sure with Ruby. It is best to call and schedule an appt in advance.

Antes me depilaba las cejas con cera pero siempre terminaba con quemaduras o roja por días. Ahora que probé la depilación con hilos (threading) estoy feliz con el resultado. Mis cejas quedan mucho mejor definidas y sin heridas. Encontré este lugar en Groupon y decidí probarlo sin mucho mas recomendación que unas cuantas revisiones en Unilocal.Es un lugar pequeño y sencillo pero el servicio es maravilloso, la niña que me ha atendido es Neegar y me encanta. Esta es mi cuarta vez y sin duda se convirtió en mi lugar favorito y aunque no está muy cerca de mi casa, vale la pena el viaje. No le doy cinco estrellas porque no cuenta con lugar de estacionamiento y por lo concurrido de la zona es un poco complicado encontrar un lugar.
