What is up with the security protocol at this building? Talk about overkill! But I guess the security protocol here gives the tenants another level of self importance and reassurance that their shit smells like roses.

Very Rude at the front desk and receptionist, Brandy. I have never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. Instead of helping to direct me to a specific firm, I was hung up on and not given any assistance

The reception team and managerial staff at the Regus US Bank Tower location have been welcoming, professional and courteous from day one of my arrival to my office almost 2 years ago. And as another review here remarks, there is always an «open-​door policy» for sharing comments and concerns, as well was a team effort in keeping the numerous companies that lease office space here consistently served with top-​notch business services. Thank you to Veronica, Ani and their stellar reception team for making each work week more positive, smooth, and enjoyable!
