Rite Aid

Customer service should be the basics in businesses like Rite Aid.
I have come in here a few times and unfortunately customer servise is bad,. They are always rude if you ask questions they act like you are bothering them but Today was worse, I felt I was treated as if I was a thief.
if you buy ice cream you have to pay when you buy the ice cream and if you have other itwms pay at the front which is usually how it is here so today I paid for my items then went to get ice cream after I bought the ice cream the guy tells me in rude attitude «pay at the front» so I asked when did the system change? He replied «the system is down» no I’m sorry, no I apologized so now I have to get in line again (which now is long) to pay for the ice cream, remember I was in line before to buy other stuff so when I’m paying for the ice cream the cashier asks «just the ice cream» i replied «yes» i guess i look like a thief because she actually asked the other cashier if i had paid for the other items, really??? I usually come in the store because I pick up my wife here in this shopping center, that’s the only reason I stop here.
People should not get this service, there are other places that have better service, I’m sorry for the people that don’t have a choice… I will call the corporate office to complain and may be they start treating customers better.

Love their Ice Cream and their pharmacy service is ok. Everything else is over priced. Rather save more $ at Walmart and a better selection as well.

Worst service ever! Bathrooms were not stocked, long lines, and to top it off the cashier and the manager provided subpar service with a side of attitude. I will never shop this location ever again. I had to select a rating to post this review but I wouldn’t give it any if I had the option.

The store is being remodeled so lets see how it looks at the end. Some items tend to be high priced in comparison to CVS. The lines are usually long due to having only one cashier open! An extra star for their ice cream. Can’t go wrong with that!

I love Rite Aid. Especially because this is the closest market type of place to the Fashion District where I work. If I need anything I always come here. The worst thing is that it closes at 8pm. Sucks! I wish it was open later. Anyways your typical Rite Aid. Another bad thing is they photo center takes a week or something to make CD’s. Other than that its great!
