My dilemma is how is it OK for people to sit and goof around while speaking loud to one another but I’d you’re respectfully in a quiet manner making a business call… it’s not ok? It’s basically the same concept of conversing with an individual in person or telecommunications. Some librarians have boredom issues. And this was male librarian does.
